The Market 我最喜歡的自助餐！ 榴槤甜品很出色！
First the lobby guy in suit doesn’t know what he is talking about and pointed us to the 28th floor for breakfast after he asked and aware we don’t lived there. Luckily we enquired another 2 staff in the lift and they told us 28th floor breakfast was not for external guests and pointed us to the 2nd floor. Anyway, back to the meal, if u ask me whether paying almost 300 per head then the food quality is not in proportion. Only the fried egg is fine, the dim sum and dumplings were bad, hash brown too oily, bacon was burned, pork sausage was OK but chicken ones were very salty, noodles and soup has no taste, limited low quality selection of cold cuts and the fried rice flat noodle has no taste. The only thing I enjoyed was the beetroot juice. Well the restaurant is called the Market and supposed to serve good buffet and have very good ratings but this meal was not worth such rating. Service I would say is average. Noth worth the penny!
It was quite nice. There were a great variety choice of food. Love the dessert most! It’s the first hotel that provides durian sweet in a buffet! How great! And they taste good too! Tried different hot dish, cold cut and also sashimi, they are of average quality. All in all, it was a pleasant buffet lunch!

環境很好，工作人員很友善，收碟速度很有效率，食物選擇豐富，美味，但温度有點不夠熱，雪榚不夠凍，很快便溶了，其他滿分。

Hotel Icon自助餐最近主打台灣主題，兩星期限定的鹵肉飯香而不膩、烤地瓜甜而無渣、紅燒牛肉面藥燉湯底純厚。
但最吸晴的，要數這裡的招牌榴槤甜品—十款選擇包括榴槤布丁、榴槤蛋糕卷、榴槤糯米糕、榴槤冰淇淋等等！還有明爐蜜汁叉燒、馬來喇沙、汽鍋椰子燉雞湯、魚子醬吐司，都是一定一定要吃的<3

Excellent buffet, amazing dessert option if you enjoy durian.
刺身在香港的酒店暫時最好味，款式多。咖啡，檸檬茶不是任飲，一人一杯，夠奇怪。當然也有任飲東西。食品不錯。服務也很好。不過咁樣價，黃金海岸$548/成人就比下去了。黃金海岸仲有信用卡折扣，但佢居然冇，真想不通。二百蚊差距，實在好難吸引再第二次。老實，有点失望。

Went there for dinner with family. We had a high expectation for this one as we’d heard good things about the Market. However, the food selection here was relatively small, and flavor-wise just so so. Will not recommend to friends with expectations. Not to mention that you have to book the reservation way ahead of time.

第一次食 Hotel Icon, 平時都係食美麗華。兩間比較，Hotel Icon 嘅中式燉湯同龍蝦湯都有 heart, 甜品又細細件可以食多幾款；較遜色係海鮮冇生蠔、龍蝦肉唔爽同埋扒類冇即切
酒店自助餐既話，我覺得都算多款色，同埋都唔算差，可能因為好多野都岩我口味啦，但係地方就比較窄，多人起上來真係好易撞到人。
食物水準 OK, 可惜價錢偏高小小， 種類不算太多， 例如冇生蠔

Awesome lunch buffet for a fair price. Very well organised, even thou there are quite some people there’s always enough food for everyone. They got a vast variety of seafood and fresh meats. I could go there every day. The dessert is specialised in durian and western delicacies. Over it was all a great experience- I will come back!

食物質素不錯，蝦鮮甜大隻，長腳蟹都好新鮮，青口偏小粒，龍蝦腳偏柴失水準，仲有小龍蝦。甜點款式少，其他小點、烤鴨都唔錯，刺身基本款三文魚、八爪魚算ok
食物素質，味道很好，甜品款式很多，由其是榴槤甜品很好味。雖然要很早預訂，也是很值得－試的。
水準不錯，Nb年前試過一次，再試亦都OK！值
