有榴槤食較特別，但價錢較貴又無生蠔
地方細，長腳蟹都粗壯，有甜味，煎鵝肝有厚度，好味的，海鮮湯都好味，但咸了些，有好多榴槤甜品
This relates to dinner buffet: Good selection of appetizers, chilled seafood, sashimi, meet, soups, etc. There also tasty juices at your disposal (self service), they are not freshly pressed, but tasty. There is also a selection of desserts which includes different panna cotta flavors, small cakes and icecream. Overall anything I tried was tasty.
There are baby chairs available. To be considered: Reservations are required, dinner buffet is a bit pricey though.
Style over substance, very limited choice for salads and fresh fruits, the quality is also poor with no flavour. Not a good place for a raw vegan

Limited selection compare to some buffets in Hong Kong, but a particularly impressive local selection and sea food selection.

枱與枱之間很擠迫，冷氣不足，食物還是可口，但週日早午餐選擇好像比以往少，無限氣酒暢飲是一大亮點。
質素非常高嘅自助餐，每次黎到都可以好滿足咁離開！一級棒！
在這裏用餐，服務態度食物水準都非常之好，讚。
聞名不如見面之自助餐
偉大的羊角麵包美麗的哈密瓜西瓜超標，三文魚，火腿，品質不錯，稀飯也不錯。果汁單獨提供。但對法式吐司感到失望。
同3年前比較……好失望！水產無鲜味，用爐熱熟件牛肉叫燒牛肉，雪凍榴槤容就叫雪糕……? …
Great selection of cold seafood, meats and sushi. The durian themed dessert duringthe lunch session is amazing. The durian flavour is intense. Apparently the dinner session selection is even better.

Very nice sevice and different from other hotel buffet, you can see the quality of food here. Lamb, steak, peking duck, ribs, sashmi, salad bar and dessert area are full of surprise and details. In the past, you have to book 1-2 months in advance and now you can go walk in. If you have Polyu BEA credit card, dont forget to bring it to get 20% off!
