Good choice of food and i like the way the food is presented, a bit like in a market. They could improve even more by getting rid of the outdoor area and making it a central market with sitting area around it.

The dishes are pretty unique but the price is a bit high up. I might rather go for a fine dinning restaurant instead of coming for a second time. Worth a try though.

This restaurant is strong in the hot dishes it is offering during lunch buffet. For most of the lunch buffet, upscaled or basic, the hot dishes are either lacklustre or not appetizing at all. In my case, less than 50% of the hot dishes I would even consider tasting in most buffet. The Market has definitely put itself together on hot dished and I almost tried everything they put on the table. Its price is definitely on the high, but I would say it is just marginally over-priced.
早餐除了日式、西式、中式外，還有清真。豐富的選擇會讓您從早上就興奮不已。服務也很有禮貌、親切。

自助餐收費較昂貴，但食物款式一般，雖有龍蝦、鵝肝供應，但可惜沒有提供生蠔、麵包蟹這些常見海鮮。 榴槤甜品系列使甜品和雪糕有點特色。 食自助餐，我比較重視海鮮食物種類，所以付出這個價錢，卻有點失望的感覺。

Wow. Really enjoyed the variety of things on the menu. Everything was fresh and high quality. Staff were really pleasent and helpful. They chef who cooks the eggs is worth his weight in gold.
The hotel has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The staff really are great. Will definitely be visiting again on our next trip.
Great variety to choose from at The Market.
The desserts section will truly impress as there so many items.
