Damn good. Maintained its quality for years….and I find it hard to go with people as I have to share.
A staple Vietnamese restaurant. Reasonable pricing and food taste is ok. The service is OK. I have ordered a dish to get them remove all vegetables. End up I still have some cucumbers.
They couldn’t even make the only vegetarian dish well. And the coffee is awful.

芽莊在香港已經開業多年，分店遍佈港九新界。但說到最喜歡的芽莊分店，莫過於位於尖沙咀的海港城店，有幸的話還能夠座到靠窗的位置，一邊飽覽維港景色，一邊享受美食。本來這天被安排到半卡位的二人桌，但才剛坐下不久就被店員問要不要換到窗口位置坐，這麼突如其來的小確幸也足夠樂一天。
河內蕃茄蟹檬 HK$90
每次到訪越南餐廳生牛肉湯粉之類總是我的首選，因此還是第一次吃河內蕃茄蟹檬，實在有種相逢恨晚的感覺！湯底以海鮮餚成濃湯，味道超濃厚而且超鮮甜！食材有蟹肉、豬肉和鮮蝦丸，手打鮮蝦丸的口感非常好，蟹肉如圖所見有很多膏，金黃色的蟹膏味道甘香、極為香濃美味，把整碗檬粉的味道再昇華至更高層次。
會安軟殼蟹米紙卷 HK$98
軟殼蟹米紙卷相信都是很我人的最愛菜式之一，我也不例外。薄薄的米紙包裹著青瓜、生菜、紅蘿蔔絲等各式各樣的食材，當然還不少得炸得香脆的軟殼蟹，米紙卷包裹得十分穩固，吃的時候不易散開，很不錯。大量的蔬菜感覺非常清新，亦能中和炸軟殼蟹的油膩感，不過軟殼蟹其實亦算炸得乾身，所以吃畢也沒有很膩的感覺。
芽莊牛油雞翼 HK$82
超推薦芽莊牛油雞翼，炸得蘇脆可口的雞翼端來時還熱得燙口，雞翼每隻都很大，亦帶有很多牛油味，非常香口，沾上附設的甜辣醬能一解油膩感，混合了酸甜辣的味道非常開胃，牛油雞翼味道亦更為突出，是讓人超級滿足的一道小食！
蘇丹皇榴槤沙冰 HK$52；牛油果沙冰 HK$48
夏天就是吃榴槤的季節，雖然不喜歡炎熱的夏天，可是只要想到榴槤就頓時覺得夏天真好！榴槤控必試蘇丹皇榴槤沙冰，沙冰質地幼滑，榴槤味超香濃，幸福感滿滿。牛油果沙冰也是近年非常流行的一款，因為牛油果味道本來就是淡淡的，所以沙冰味道不太重，隱約有牛油果的氣味，健康而且很有飽腹感。
要睇時間, 黃昏到旁晚1730係有唔錯的景色

知道呢間分店有窗邊海景位, 而星期日又無得book 位, 所以就早早去等位。 餐廳12:00 先開門, 大概11:50 就有人龍喺門口等, 而最後我如願以償可以坐到窗邊海景位。
? 香茅串燒沙嗲-豬腩肉
串燒係炭燒嘅, 豬腩肉嘅肉同脂肪分佈得好平均, 燒得好香脆, 用鐵板熱住咁上碟, 令到個串燒唔會咁快變凍, 而串燒底放滿花生沙嗲醬, 香濃惹味。
? 燒乳豬 (1/4 隻)
越南乳豬同我地平時食嘅乳豬有少少唔同, 肉質比平時鮮嫩, 燒嘅火候剛剛好, 所以乳豬皮好脆, 而肉就保留濃濃肉汁, 好滑好嫩。
? 牛油果鮮蝦沙律
上碟時都無為意原來個沙律漏咗d大蝦, 直到waitress 拎個兜仔裝住4 隻蝦過嚟, 我地先知漏咗。個沙律有雞蛋, 牛油果, 三色茄, 青瓜同腰果, 不過就無menu 提及嘅芝麻脆片。成個沙律都好清新, 望落好似無乜醬汁, 但食落其實唔會, d 配料配合得好好。
? 香茅燒牛柳撈檬
呢間餐廳嘅炭燒嘢食做得好好, 牛柳燒得好香, 保持大量肉汁好Juicy, 肉質軟腍! 撈檬配有大量青瓜絲, 生菜, 紅蘿蔔絲同炸蒜, 味道層次好豐富。
整體食物都好好, 配合埋好靚嘅維港海景, 真係好值得再去。
不錯的越南菜，我們點了春卷，蒙粉，藕餅，軟穀蠏，燒豬肉及河粉，水平中上，沒有特別驚喜，希望下次再來時有突破。

The restaurant got a nice seaview here.
I ordered the tomato crab pho, which got really nice shrimp balls, minced pork and crab. The tomato soup is rather tasty, with nice tone of seafood taste, and the tomato flavor is strong but not sour.
The chicken pho is light to eat. The broth is clear and not oily at all. The chicken meat is ok. Portion is quite generous.
The spring roll is highly recommended. It is so crispy and tasty. It is deep fried but not so oily.

Food. 7/10, a typical Hong Kong style Viet+Thai meal. Taste is fine but nothing impressive. BBQ Pork worths it’s price tag

Vibe: 3/10 too crowd, no secret area, you can hear any story next to you. Lots of kids screaming, crying
This is probably the last choice in Harbour City.
The takeaway lunchbox is $108 but very good value! I can pick three to four choices of food and mixed them together.
The roast beef is so tender and juicy, full of meat flavor! And the fried vegetables is so crispy and fresh! And the squid balls is very bouncy, yummy!
And the roast salmon is boneless, nicely grilled with a bit spices and not too dry, yummy!
食物河檬一般，牛肉好大件和厚身湯底都唔錯， 軟殼蟹米紙OK。
是不是越式料理呢？
菜很老，麵很多味精，環境ok。
