Spacious seating tasty food.

Good foods

The deco is more upmarket than the average Vietnamese restaurant with nice artwork. Seating is also quite spacious and comfortable but the food is average. The pho broth was served luke warm only so did not cook the raw beef. The soft shell crab was not “soft” but too hard! We also noticed all the dishes arrived within minutes of ordering! Maybe this is for quick turnover of tables.

Oh the food was amazing. Service is efficient and I would say that the taste is pretty on point. I’ve been to Vietnam for few times and love the food there, and this restaurant is definitely so good.

越南餐廳，美味，座位舒適

點了香茅猪扒飯午市套餐，猪扒好好味如切好一件件會易食點，套餐送飲料試了一杯越南咖啡，慢慢在我面前滴餾，但味道不及手沖啡！

I had the dinner here.

The tomato crab pho is very tasty!! The shrimp balls are so soft and of real shrimp taste! The pork is delicious, and the tomato soup is very rich and goes very well with pho.

The grilled beef pho is highly recommended! The beef is soft and juicy, with nice roasted flavor. With the Vietnamese sauce together with the pho and veggies, very fresh and light.

The stir fried veggies also very good! It is not oily and it is not tough.

We enjoy the dinner here.

Favorite Vietnam restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui. Food are nice with many selections. the Chargrilled Iberian Pork is a must-ordered

一間設在k11高級商場的越南菜 無論食物裝修都失望 最基本越南春捲都做到不知所謂 肥冧冧又唔鬆化 收$98 午市套餐越南牛河 牛腩冇味又靭到咬唔開 餐廳坐位迫過茶餐廳 環境嘈吵 唯一可取服務還可以 浪費時間

A Vietnamese restaurant, taste fair

Food: 7/10 lots of choices in menu. Salad and main dishes are above average. Beef noodle taste not good, soap’s not hot enough. Don’t order curry beef brisket, dreadful, hard to chew.
Nothing impressive for the drinks, missing taste and ice…
Service: 6/10, reception lady is good. Other people just do their job, serving dishes, cleaning up and there is no service at all( just like McDonald’s)
Vide: 6/10, fair, need to enhance the hygiene of those chair.

It’s a nice restaurant in K11Musea but not a nice one in the market.

Had a late lunch after movie, we were seated immediately. Ordered the Tomato Crab Rice Vermicelli in Soup and steamed clams. The soup base for the vermicelli could be slightly stronger but other than that, it was satisfactory. Clams were fresh but can only taste the ginger. Seats are comfortable

Located on the 4th floor of K11 Musea, this BEP is quite spacious with a decent decor.

Service was pretty good and the food came out fast and tasted good as well.

The menu is quite extensive so there should be something for everyone.

I can imagine this place getting super busy at times, especially on weekends.

Will go back.

Forcing a customers to pay for something they didn’t order is illegal in many places. Staff placed a wrong beef pho order and blamed me for eating it with the worst attitudes.
I pointed exactly at the beef shank pho on the menu and told the staff I wanted the beef shank pho.
I ate what was delivered. When I finished the pho and was ready to pay, I noticed there was a tiny order label with Chiense characters causally placed on the table it said beef brisket pho. I asked the staff why it said beef brisket pho while I ordered beef shank pho. He said, “oh, I saw the picture, and I thought it was brisket”. Instead of correcting the receipt, the staff and the manager Queenie said I had already eaten the dish, so it was on me. I told her it was a beef pho. I didn’t pay attention to the meat except that I knew it was beef. So instead of taking responsibility for putting down the wrong order, they blamed me for eating the wrong beef pho, and they did so very impolitely. Queen said, “you just want to pay less, right?” And “you should have said something when you saw the order slip”.
I didn’t even notice the order slip until I had to pay because I left for a brief moment after I ordered. The label was typed in Chinese. What if I can’t read any of the words?
Again, even after the staff admitted it was his mistake, I couldn’t comprehend how they could blame me and be so rude about it.

Fantastic food. Their pho and spring rolls are authentic and super tasty

Very bad service, insulting waiter.

Was choosing between the pork belly and the shrimp roll. The elder waiter who took my order confirmed that peanut sauce comes with shrimp roll.

Later on was served without the sauce, and when I asked, the another younger male waiter with glasses answered impatiently and said “you need to pay for it, only the pork roll come with peanut sauce”. I was surprised given that the other elder waiter told me differently when I ordered.

It turns out the elder waiter didn’t understand mandarin at all, and just said yes blindly to me. The younger waiter said it’s not the restaurant’s fault that the other waiter gave me wrong information, and was not apologetic at all. He became very defensive and aggressive, whereas I wasn’t even asking for anything (thank god I can afford buying the sauce even they are the one that made the mistake ….)

So I guess the blame is on me then?

Bad luck on me getting misguided by my waiter and scolded by another one!
