一出lift就俾酒吧環境吸引住，牆上佈滿東南亞的雕刻，枱櫈亦係木製品，配上五光十色的燈光及輕鬆的音樂，實在令一日ge疲勞都消除
我哋叫咗炸魚薯條、香辣烤雞翼、一口炸嫩雞。所有野都即叫即整，薯條灑上一層黑椒，十分惹味，炸魚用上新鮮嘅魚柳，外皮脆而薄，肉質滑溜，充滿魚味，必定要趁熱食。雞翼剪成單邊，方便食用，香辣味道出眾，好適合送酒。一口嫩雞食落啖啖肉，充滿油脂。
朋友叫咗一杯sangria，呢杯酒混合了紅酒同白蘭地，酒味香濃，配以水果清甜，十分適合女仔飲用。
值得一提，侍應服務態度很好。用餐時我唔小心跌左餐具，正打算用後備餐具食住先之際，侍應即刻察覺到，並遞上新一套餐具給我，服務周到。無論食物味道、環境、服務性價比都非常高，必定會再encore ！
午餐食到好飽, 到左食飯時間都唔係好餓
所以就約個朋友飲杯野食少少野就算, 記得之前睇過介紹Helen’s酒吧既資料
覺得都幾吸引, 所以今日就黎試試
一打開lift門, 我突然間覺得自己離開左香港咁
餐廳既裝修好有泰國feel, 牆身上面有精緻既雕刻裝飾, 連柱身都有立體既雕刻
所有雕刻都做得好細緻, 有咁靚既環境, 影相打卡話自己唔係香港應該都大把人信呀
Helen’s既餐牌上面酒類既選擇都好多, 啤酒, 生啤, Whisky, Vodka, Wine, Cocktail…….etc
而我地就比呢度既Signature Cocktail吸引左, 因為Menu張相好靚呀, 同埋餐廳好細心列出左個濃度
可以因應返自己既酒量去選擇返一杯適合自己既

520酒精濃度較低, 以野莓同榛子為主, 酸酸甜甜, 幾好味
杯cocktail真係好靚, 滿滿少女心既粉紅色, 好襯我丫

呢杯酒精濃度較高, 但係飲落去都唔會覺得太濃烈
因為有homemade 既butterfly syrup, 另外加左青檸落去個感覺好fresh
飲飲下酒就會覺得口痕, 呢度都會有輕食供應
我地叫左個海鮮忌廉汁意粉$68, 幾creamy, 味道唔錯
另外仲叫左一口炸嫩雞$68, 炸槳唔會好厚, 雞肉都滑, 佐酒一流
餐廳都坐得好舒服, 絕對好適合放工或放假黎飲杯野relax下呀

mescal and bitters, little bit sweets, kinds of taste like stronger rum, fruity texture, I like it so much!

?Crispy Mouthfeel, taste stronge ! It was bigger partner with Asahi or any beer, probably I can’t stop eating all!

?Not really different from another bar restaurant, but it was great flavor though. Appearance was arriving elegant,
bigger was not always better, taste was super good in my personal view. That’s a place that I would like to visit once again!!

剛好早了收工，去了Helens 嘆下他們的Happy Hour , 在繁忙的工作節奏尋找一刻自由，我要全部全部的自由……
很久沒去位於厚福街的Helens ,這兒佈局氣氛令人很放鬆，播放著歐美Rock歌更令人心曠神怡。
肚子呼叫了，叫了以下東西:
1.唐揚魷魚圈: 一碟炸起也有三十多塊，夾上炸粉不厚的魷魚圈，點上沙拉醬，口感一流，令人停不了嘴，so yummy
2.香烤辣鷄翼: 一串兩隻，辣味適中，使人開胃百倍，一試一口，無法抗拒
3.海鮮意粉: 白汁好濃郁，意粉份量也夠二人吃，厚厚的忌廉汁帶出意粉的多種層次，歷久常新！
4.串燒拼:牛柳串滋味，很入味。鷄柳串，吃出鷄皮味，肉汁豐盛，豬柳串，豬肉有細心處理，無酥味，真的想自私吃下
5.百里香: 賣相吸引又很別緻，味道獨特但很清新，中和口腔內的肥膩味，一絶
6.Ginger Ale : 疆味濃的汽水，有氣泡的感覺很捧，味道夠大眾，必會大賣，一飲愛上
Wonderful bar with lovely place! Spacious and well-designed environment! I love deep-fried squid and roasted spicy chicken wings. Really tasty and good texture.

helen, so I brought her to this restaurant – Helen’s lol
This bar environment is full of Asian style and we sat close to the window. To praise, the staff severed us nicely ~
The menu provides different kinds of alcohol n non-alcohol drinks and the prices are pretty good! We ordered Stella n Corona beer which is surprised me that it was only cost 38HKD for each bottle whereas Snacks HKD 68 only!!

It’s got good vibes and music isn’t too loud so one could actually have a conversation. Came for drinks and snacks with my friend and must say I was pretty happy with it! Cocktails ridiculously cheap, only $68, don’t think there’s another place in Hong Kong quite as cheap and the quality was pretty good too! Snacks weren’t bad neither! Pleasantly surprised by it all and so glad that I won’t be needing to go over to the island side for a place to chill anymore.

經apss定位小食半價，味道不錯?但飲品略為有點貴? …
Happy Friday, colleague and I went to Helen’s to have a drink.
As a bar, of course, Helen’s gives a variety of alcoholics, beers and cocktails. We picked a classic cocktail, Pina Colada and a signature cocktail, Sancino. Pina Colada taste good, they make well balanced ratio of rum, pineapple juice and coconut milk. Sancino is a cocktail mixed mainly in sake, yuzu and soda. It’s taste is like a soft drink, very sparkling.
We also ordered fish n chips and roasted sausage. Fish n chips taste good. Fishes
were battered and fried; chips were deep fired and slightly spicy in favor. For roasted sausage, the cook controlled the duration and degree of heating very well. Sausages were not overcooked, they were juicy and delicious.
Helen’s gives you a different feeling compared to other bars in Tsim Sha Tsui, they don’t have big tv board-casting football match. In stead, with their SEA decorations and comfortable environment they provided, it is relaxing and stressless.
Drinks and service not bad. Good Environment too. Just toooooo noisy. Music is so loud that it’s impossible to talk.

好耐冇真真正正落酒吧飲酒?突然同朋友們即興想去chill吓，但又唔想去啲太嘈嘅酒吧，就揀咗尖沙咀厚福街H8嘅一間小酒館?? Helen’s 係一間人氣高企嘅小酒館，餐廳提供適合女士們打卡嘅靚靚cocktail?同多款小食。另外，小酒館裝潢設計獨特，有世外桃源感，十分IG-able ?我哋今次去都不禁打卡?喺小酒館見到基本都係三五成群嘅俊男美女，好啱年輕人喺小酒館交流，分分鐘會識到新朋友☺️小酒館嘅音樂都係經典西方音樂，such a good vibe‼️店員都friendly，同食客打成一片?
值得一提係Helen’s 喺4月有個promotion，同春天有酒約，9點前指定啤酒買一送一?包括Corona同Budweiser‼️平均一支都係$25咋，好抵飲，啱晒一班年輕人去大飲特飲??優惠到4月27號咋（星期五、六除外），大家把握機會去啦??另外，for酒量唔錯嘅朋友，我推薦挑戰whisky coke tower，好抵飲，$280就有3L，可以慢慢一邊飲、一邊玩?
