Please guyz.. it’s the worst bar that I have ever been in HK. The Filipino bartenders are so lazy, to get a drink they take ages.. and the best part is, they ask you to wait for 20 mins.. such a pathetic customer service.. tried complaining to the owner, he is an old man in 80’s, so no point either… If you expect Customer Service, please REFRAIN from visiting this bar, thanks!
Former Sailor Ned Kelly’s was a must stop, good food entertainment just flat great place to have a beer ? …

Food was absolutely terrible. Service was lacklustre. But the atmosphere and live music on a weekend was fun, half making up for those aspects.
Take advantage of Happy Hour and enjoy the music.
Awesome music, but honestly haven’t had a waitress this rude in a while. Maybe just an off night but it was a real turn off. Was planning on staying for a few rounds but with the way we were treated we left after the first. Might give it another go but not the best experience. Also food looked pretty awful, my friend got a steak sandwich that looked like it was school cafeteria food.
The best live jazz music ever. I’ve been traveling around, everywhere once I arrived I’ll look for the local jazz clubs. I have to say I never found any places they play as good as here in Ned Kelly. In Ned Kelly, you will experience not only one particular form of standard jazz music, you will have all kind of jazz from dixieland jazz to bebop, to samba to bossa nova, even funky jazz. The musicians here are all rounded!!!! They can play everything perfectly. That’s the soul of Ned Kelly. Wish Ned Kelly could last forever!!!!!

Recommend this place to all HK visitors and let them experience the relaxing vibe in this 20+ years old jazz bar in HK. Live band performance starts from around 21:30. Happy hours session is 17:30-21:00.
Unique place for all. Hope their Nacho would be served as a warm dish later.

Terrible service. Terrible food. This is the worst bar in TST. I suggest you go there if you are fan of impolite waitress, they can satisfy you the best. All of them have no manner. Treat you like a fool. ENJOY
Great music venue playing live jazz.
Had a terrible experience in this bar. I ordered a bottle of red from Romania but they give you something else from China. When I ask for refund since they obviously bring me different wine with really terrible taste, then they insist the wine is fine and force you to take it.
Ok, we forced to accept the wine, however the nightmare is still going. When I and my friend go out for smoking they took away our bottle of wine while we are away, we finished like half bottle, still half to be finished.
I talked to the waitress, they said the bottle is empty so they throw it away.
I don’t suggest anyone go to this bar. Never never been to bar worst like this one in Hong Kong.

Absolutely legendary establishment… when I used to frequent weekly, 12 years ago, and my recent visits on a recent trip back to HK are on par with each other. The band are joyous, the venue is cosy and the staff are very helpful ??? if it’s ur birthday, u get a free shot of North Sea oil ??

Probably best at night, beers happy hour prices. Old school classic.
Good bar with live upbeat jazz . We went on Friday night and it was packed. Good cold beer as well. Happy hour finishes at 9pm offering cheaper drinks.
