沒有冷氣，好熱，有蒼蠅仔不停在飛，沒人加水。
服務態度好，但食物質素開始下降。其著名上湯粉菓竟然麵粉味尚存即炸得不夠火侯就上檯
因為想試吓其他酒樓飲茶，搵到呢間，又掛住米芝連個名?咁就試吓啦！
Book咗假期食早場，11:30am去到，都真係完全唔駛等，好快入座啦！?但係⋯之後點完點心，等咗成40分鐘先有嘢食☹️
叉燒酥都熱辣辣，酥皮好有層次?入面叉燒都夠多！好味????之後咸水角，就有少少痴口，不過入面餡料都算多?OK啦！
之後碟腸粉就真係失望?蝦又冇味，又嚡，腸粉都有少少厚?So Sad☹️籠燒賣亦係極度失望?以為係食緊公仔點心?完全冇味，係肉味都冇?呢個真心差評?
之後牛栢葉都係味道偏淡，但份量算多。皮蛋瘦肉粥味道都係淡，完全食得出係冇味精嘅，感覺係鹽都冇落?
嗯⋯呢間都唔會再有下次。

四个點心，三佰多落樓。
食物普通價格櫃
味道非一般粵菜：
斑腩豆腐煲，飄出果皮香。
蠔餅煎蛋，乾身無油膩感，濃濃蠔仔海水香。
蒜蓉莧菜，炒到剛好軟度。
梅菜扣肉，最邪惡，但又絕對唔起渣嘅，重點之作?
好可惜已經沒有千層糕了??
咁好食既野都唔做了。

There two branches of Tsui Hang Village in Hong Kong, Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui.
I have only been to the one in CWB a few years ago and tried some of their CNY Pudding occasionally.
Went here over the new year and found out that Tsui Hang Village will be celebrating its 45th anniversary this year.
As well as that, Tsui Hang Village is michelin recommended hence the reason it is always packed with people so expect a noisy scene.
For the Chinese new year gathering, my friends decided to start it off lavishly so we had some great stuff!
Began with the Double boiled Abalone and fish snout soup in a mini papaya which was loaded with abalone and fish maw.
Next was the Wok seared cod fish in premium soy sauce.
This was my faovurite because I just love cod and it was crispy drenched in a delicious soy sauce glaze.
The Baked whelk stuffed with meat was rather filling.
The Deep fried crispy chicken topped with spring onion and soy sauce was a marriage two of my favourite ingredients, sping onions and soy sauce.
The Honey glazed BBQ Pork is a signature and evidently popular so it disappeared fast.
For something filling we had the Stir Fried Glass vermicelli which had delicate pieces of egg in it.
Finished with the Sweetened almond cream with egg white which is a classic Chinese dessert.

They have excellent BBQ pork, although rather pricey at $208 for a large bowl of BBQ pork over rice.

Convenient location, inside Miramar shopping arcade, clean n bright, offer Chinese traditional dim sum and dishes, food standard fine, price above average Chinese restaurants.
Good soups
價錢和出品不成正比，個别菜式是可以的，好像杏汁豬肺湯，不是普通的酒樓會做，北京田鴨不過不失！
Disappointed. We had several “Dim Sum” and a fried Noodles for our lunch.
They are all expensive but the quality was so sorry for this price.
