Nice clean tidy place. Always have 24 craft beers on tap, very much spoilt for choice. Food is decently good too. Try the tasting platter if you can’t decide.
Good beer brewed in Taiwan. Unlike Hsinchu, they have a small kitchen here. Great place to meet for a drink.

Great assortment of craft beers, and really good bar snacks. the taiwanese fried chicken is amazing, and so is the spicy gizzards! definitely worth checking out.

Unlike many of the awesome craft beer places popping up in Hong Kong, this is *not* really catering to an international beer crowd. It very much attracts the local market, or the ‘first-timers craft-beer’ crowd. It’s not bad… there is a decent variety of Zhang Men (taiwan brewery) beers. But none of them are that terribly refined or worthy. Food is similarly blaah. Prices are relatively high. If you’re on the beer circuit in Hong Kong, you can very safely avoid this place. However if you’re in the area and you *need* a craft beer (!) then it’s… ok.

Not happy with this place at all. I stumbled upon this brew pub on my way to another one and decided to give it a try without checking reviews. This is probably my only second 1 star review but with a reason. Don’t be fooled by their award winning beers. I had a flight all to myself and all of them tasted the same sad to say. The food had no effort in flavor as well. Sad sad experience.
手工啤好正 服務好好
This is a really good little craft brewery/brew pub in Hong Kong near Tsim Sha Tsui. I tried a couple things here and thought all of the different beers were great. It was just before Halloween and they also had a bunch of crazy drink specials if those are your sort of thing too.
Also had a couple snacks here. The lamb skewers were great, as were the potatoes. Great bar food to go with the craft beer.
Good selection of their own craft beers. The ones I tasted were very nice. Never had food. Will definitely be back ? …

酒吧超級舒服，由於提供的選擇十分多，眼花撩亂，幸得店員耐心解說，揀到當晚的特式啤酒。
意想不到的係，酒吧的食物都係水準之作，炸物唔會太粉，亦有保留食物本身的味道，同埋提供的全部都係下酒菜，好適合同朋友係度傾計，可以消一消壓。
The bar is super comfortable in term of the environment, there are lots of beer option in menu, the waiter is patient and do lots of recommendation for us. Food is good pair with beer too , especially for the deep fried food , it can keep the original taste of food.
In conclusion, it is a good place for you and your friends to have a relax chat and to release the work pressure

Really cute little place with Chinese decor and draught beer. Excellent description on the menu. So overall, i really liked it. And the fact that its further down the street from the chaos offers us a bit more room and quieter time.
Expansive selection of draught craft beer (23 taps) with many tasty options. While this is their own beer, the prices are high (HK$88 – $120+ for 500mL).
The tap room is clean, efficient and clearly well-funded. Enjoy sipping through beer inside or out with or without a nibble of food.
掌門精釀啤酒為一家有名的台灣自家釀造啤酒的香港店，店內有24個龍頭，中午跟晚上供應的手工啤酒款會有點不一樣，而且Menu上的酒款每個月也會至少轉換數款，本人是手工啤酒的超級粉絲，當然不會錯過。
聽說晚上常常滿座，今天特意跟朋友在下午時段光顧，順道試一下台式小吃。
進去以後已能看見那24個龍頭，頂上有「掌門」兩字在中間，霸氣盡現，旁邊再有一塊大大的黑板列出現在店裡在賣的啤酒款，看到選擇居然有那麼多，我跟朋友都急不及待研究一下。
服務員看到我們左挑右選有點苦惱，於是咨詢我們的喜好，然後拿了幾杯給我們試味再慢慢選，讓我們更加了解他們的啤酒味道，實在非常貼心。
第一杯先來不太苦的，選了「柒拾肆-加強版」，此酒款以大量美式啤酒花以及焦糖麥芽為主要風味特色，IPA 風格，國際苦味值53，有花香跟果香，聽說挺多客人點。
再來是「雙重花惹發」，也是IPA，不過是Double IPA，不能少看，國際苦味值高達98，酒精濃度當然不會低，9.2%。這酒前段有百香果與柑橘等香氣，中段則有荔枝等溫和的蜜糖味，後段更隱藏著松木般的苦澀以及焦糖麥芽甜味。
太精彩了，兩款啤酒各有自己特色。友人點了一客自家製的「台式鹽酥雞」及「台式炸花枝丸」，香軟酥脆，配上啤酒，這個下午實在太滿足太爽了。

I love, love, love, love this place! There are a wide range of beers, ales, and cocktails to choose from and they’re all unique and excellent. The staff is always friendly and caring whenever I visit. They made sure to give me a cup of boiling hot water when I wanted to make my own tea after having one too many beers. I’ve had lots of good times and good memories at this place!

Good beer selection, food is so so
Chill and laid-back place for Taiwanese craft beers. Their options are plenty with a quite detailed description for those who are not familiar with beer vocabulary. Note, sometimes they run out of certain options. They do serve food, but rather like snacks and their non alcoholic options exist, but that’s about it. Great place for a few to gather and chat through the night.

喺疫情影響下連出去飲野都要變為係日頭去進行，尖沙咀呢間掌門已經去過好多次，依家推出埋combo set連小食都幾抵！? 個set包埋嘅house beer係lager唔係話好啱，加咗$20轉做IPA同NEIPA，都係啤酒花味重同濃味啲嘅啱我啲～ 山霧(NEIPA)既荔枝味好出，口感似果汁得黎臨尾又taste到啤酒花嘅回甘，適合啱啱開始飲手工啤嘅人；佢地隻IPA hoppy得黎有淡淡既焦糖香，有少少amber ale既feel，如果咩都想試吓嘅話可以叫店員推介，佢地有六小杯(250ml)既beer flight，試真啲先再叫大杯又得?
Food and beer are okay. Price on the high side. For the same price, there are better brewery with better quality in HK.

A very interesting craft beer bar specialising in Taiwanese beers – I had no idea they made so many. The prices are rather high but the beers are interesting, different, and they serve them in small measures as well. The Weizen is a very good version of a Bavarian wheat beer but a little sweeter then I expected.
