Masay. As good a drink as you can get
Great bar with bar tenders who take their craft seriously. They take the time to explain the details of the drink like what the ingredients are, how its made, and explain for some drinks how to tune the flavor to what you like. 10/10 will visit again!

A very cosy Japanese style cocktail bar with impeccable service and friendly bartenders who know exactly what they’re doing. Dim lighting in a small space makes for great quiet gatherings with small groups. Drinks are great; be sure to let the bartenders showcase their creativity by letting them make a recommendation!
Great place to go to for special occasions. One of the most amazing service I had. staffs were very well educated and had “servant” mindset. I recommend making a reservation in advance as most of the seats were reserved by regulars.

Japanese bar with nice cocktails and attentive staff. On 5th floor of what looks like an apartment building but inside the atmosphere is completely different. You could be in Tokyo.

Butler, a beautiful bar for beautiful cocktails with beautiful whiskey. Cocktails not made with syrup and weird flavoring. Great conversations with bartenders! Very small place, you’ll be turned away when they get full so we actually booked in advance!

Japanese cocktail bar, won’t be exaggerating if will write it is one of the best in the world (after visiting in few of the “The world’s 50 best bars”) .
The bartenders are extremely professional and creative – crafted me 2 cocktails by a request of my preferences – both were amazing, and was a great pleasure to watch them at work.
The bar is small, few places on the bar and 2 little tables (reservations are recommended), service is impeccable – so much respect to the customers.
One of the dishes I have tried was very good, supplied by a restaurant next to the bar.
Highly recommended.

This is a hidden gem! Absolutely one of the highlights of our trip to Hong Kong. Great drinks, mellow atmosphere and friendly staff. Pretty intimate and small place, so get an reservation if you are a party. Hope I’ll be back some day!
Top selection of whiskey and service. I went really early without a reservation and sat at the bar, but it was getting pretty busy by the time I left, so better to make reservations I think.
Superb cocktails prepared with flair, and more importantly with delicious results. Really good whisky list upstairs too.

Almost empty but got a hard time from waiter for not making a reservation. Ot was a weekday night too. Overpriced and poor selection of spirits compared I much smaller places

Drinks and atmosphere are good, but there is a cover, 10% service charge, AND they charged for the bowl of pretzels they put in front of us??!! Seemed a bit excessive.

Located in a small building next to the K11 Art Mall, the Butler is a hidden treasure in Tsim Sha Tsui. The Butler is a small space that is always packed. Most importantly, the waitstaff & bartenders that are devoted to the art of making specialty drinks & cocktails. I highly recommend their take on the Mojito – a beautifully crafted drink with amazing flavor. Exceptional details and service, highly recommended.

Great drinks – bartenders are very detail oriented. Good variety of drinks for every taste.
Over-priced and there is a ridiculous service charge on top. Worse part they refused to divide the bill for us- something every establishment in the F&B industry does without a problem. When asked why- the guy simply said we don’t want to do the calculation
