I have no idea how this bar has achieved this rating -unless we were just unlucky. Serving staff knew nothing about what was in each cocktail and mixologist was not interested in explaining either. Seemed extremely unorganised – after experiencing Japanese attentiveness, respect and honour for their craft this was a huge shock and disappointment.

japanese bar. quiet and professional service. lots of wine and whisky options. they’ve got two floors, both bar seats and 2 or 3 tables of 4. i enjoy the bar seats more.

Nice Japanese cocktail bar in Kowloon
This is an expensive bar with a premium flavor. I recommend it duo to the quality of the drinks prepared. My proposal would be to try a gin.

Incredible service, amazing cocktails, the best atmosphere. It was the perfect way to end our stay in Hong Kong. We were treated like queens! I am a poor gal so a place like this felt very upscale, but the price is so cheap for the service and quality you get.

Love their “no drink policy”, which means you can’t get drunk there and no customer will be disturbed by the drunk!

Nice cozy Japanese style bar near the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. The bar occupies 2 floors (5 and 6) to the bar; 6/F is a whisky bar and usually require reservation in advance. 5/F serve cocktails and you can usually walk in. The cocktails are good, and the bar is quiet so perfect for small groups to chat. They also have seasonal fruits and you can have the bartender whip up a custom cocktail with your choice of fruit and spirit, as well as preferred flavour profile. Great bar, with the only minor nitpick is that their old fashioned has way too much garnishment for my taste.

This is a Japanese bar, and the staffs are real Japanese people.
There are whisky and cocktail in two different floor.
Like this place very much, it is a quiet place, good for chatting with your friends.
The staffs are polite and helpful, if you don’t know what to drink, the staff will help to find out what kind of drinks you like, they always mix one I like very much.
Beautiful view of Hong kong skyline. Food was mediocre. Service was good. Decor was tasteful. Pasta with a spicy sauce.
Superb cocktails served by Japanese. You can ask the bartender to make you a cocktail based on fresh fruits they have and your preference. The pasta is delicious too.

Paid a hefty price tag to be treated disrespectfully. Bartender and staff were RUDE. The waiter didnt mention a fruit cocktail recommendation even when asked. After the 8pm calls for our last order – told us that the kitchen couldn’t make it. (There aren’t many things on the menu and the bar wasn’t crowded). Will not return despite the delicious mentaiko pasta.
Good service and the best highball I’ve ever tried so far. Just a little bit pricy.
Very poor service. Absolutely empty place on a Tuesday late afternoon but staff speaking very abrasive Cantonese would rather make up excuses that they are fully reserved for the evening and you (one person) can’t stay for two drinks at the bar.

Been here about 4 years ago while on vacation in HK and I still have amazing memories of the experience there. It is pricey, but worth every penny because you’ll leave with an unforgettable memory of the experience~
Excellent seasonal fruits cocktails. Excellent food. Very good services and a very nice environmental to be in if you miss Japan.
Terrible experience
1. The bartender was extreme busy. My friend and I waited 40 minutes for him to greet and serve
2. Severe hygiene problem. I saw a bartender dropped a piece of ice on the ground when he was cutting a piece of ice. He picked it up and put the ice on a colander and serve other customer! Terrible!
3. They didn’t serve any snacks and nuts
4. The didn’t serve any cocktail because they claimed they were a Japanese bar
5. They didn’t collect glasses even when your new drinks arrived.
6. It was overpriced. They charged 180hkd for 30ml rye whiskey
7. The bartender’s whiskey knowledge was amateur. He kept recommending one whiskey to all customers.
8. No dropper provided for a glass of Neat whiskey.
9. One Japanese bartender disturbed the conversation between us and another bartender because of some unimportant lighting problem. It was Rare to see a Japanese bar did not respect customer.
10. The bartender missed our first order and did not notice after 30minutes. We waited 70 minutes for our first drink since we sat down.
Very poor experience. Not recommend anyone to go. Will not visit again anymore.
Impecable service. Fantastic top shelf cocktails. Food that compliments with the cocktails. Beautiful atmosphere. I would consider this one of the top bars in the world

Crooks.
“Surprise cover charge” (not shown on menu or premises, nor told by the staff), cocktails charged at prices higher than price list… this place is simply a massive FRAUD. An absolute NO GO
For a bar which is named after good service, I found the service quite terrible.
1) The butler got my friend’s drink order wrong, and instead of admitting his mistake he tried to convince my friend to have the drink.
2) At 8:30PM we asked the butler for food, which the butler refused because our table was reserved only until 9:30PM which, according to him wasn’t enough time to eat!!
3) We asked for a refill of bar snacks 3 times, but weren’t provided any.
4) We were charged a $30 “person” charge which wasn’t mentioned clearly on the menu.
If you are looking for good service and a nice friendly environment, this is not the bar for you, but if you like rude staff and overpriced drinks, then go ahead!

They have a comprehensive Japanese and whiskey selection (not as much as Club Qing but its honestly enough)
Excellent whiskey-based cocktails (try the Bouldevadier, whiskey sour)

Pretty poor service, rude staff who kept stopping us from ordering more food citing a busy kitchen. Gave us attitude when we tried to order more. Drinks were nothing special. Would not visit again.
