The place is amazing, but unfortunately they can’t guarantee reservations for a window side table. When we got there, we were given a speech by the lady hostess on how it is first come first served and that we would be placed on a waitlist. However a couple who walked in after us were taken to the windowside table before us! When we raised this, they apologised saying their staff made a mistake. Clearly first come first served wasn’t happening.
We were eventually taken to a windowside table in an area which we were initially told was not open, probably because we had complained.
After that, drinks were nice and the views were splendid.
Food was delicious! Very good place, nice decoration and amazing view. It was windy, so very cold to sit outside.
Was incredibly impressed with Lincoln and the rest of the team at Ozone. Views are beautiful and the cocktails are as well
I had a very disappointing experience last night at the overly hyped OZONE. My wife and I are on our honeymoon trip and I thought taking her to a rooftop bar on the tallest skyscraper in HK would make a memorable experience for both of us. Therefore I reserved a table at this bars, weeks in advance, so I don’t get disappointed when the time comes. Little did I know that we would be sat at a table right by the entrance/exit door, and be forgotten for more than 20 minutes. Many servers were running around attending other tables but not one cared to stop to start our table and take our order, despite me trying to call two of them. After waiting for that long, we left the bar.
It was a very DISAPPOINTING experience, and left us a very bad memory of what we thought would be an unforgettable experience in Hong Kong.
Stunning view, good music, and good cocktails. Just info: Unfortunately do to the lighting besides the panoramic windows, it is a bit complicated to take good pictures of the city.
The food is good but the service is actually better in Burger & Lobster London (a fast food). Not what you would expect from Ozone/Ritz Carlton.
Amazing service , environment and food
5月12號，提早慶祝母親節，今次去位於麗思卡爾頓酒店118樓，由酒店大堂103樓，需轉乘另一部酒吧專用電梯，直達頂樓，這裏是全球最高的酒吧 ?。
室外的維港景觀一流，居高臨下，不論是白天或是晚上，都有不同的景致。
點解去Ozone？因為咁啱burger&lobster係到搞限定店！本身限定到3月20，依家延長左時間，記得第一次食係倫敦總店食，海水味比較重，變得咸，係香港食可以就返香港人口味，限定店仲推出埋香港限定口味《避風塘龍蝦》添！

Wow, how times have changes in the last decade – absolutely disgusting experience!
Disgusting service, waiting over 15 minutes with no one asking for our order when I was told there was table service. Plenty of staff there just talking amongst themselves and walking around to appear busy. No idea what they get paid to do.
Disgusting environment and ambience, the whole place was too run down with a really strange odour occupying the bar and windows too dirty to see the view of Hong Kong at the 118th floor.
Disgusting decor, furnishings – everything was old, walls/tables seems to be falling apart or chipped in some way. Tables and chairs were dirty and unclean.
A rebrand, replacement of management/staff, and a revamp of the entire bar is something the Ritz Carlton Hong Kong should strongly consider for this absolutely run-down place. With what Ozone represents now, clashes with the luxury concept that the Ritz Carlton represents.
This was the place to go to 10 years ago, but certainly and most definitely not the place now.

2023.06.09 Have a really nice Burger and Lobsters dinner. Very good service. The only little drawback was the view, because there is a balcony (or is it smoking area?) outside the windows of dine in area. Quite a waste for 118th floor restaurant. Definitly recommend to come, but need to book early if come for dinner. Drinking will be fine without booking if it is not full. By the way, must look for the hotel lobby first if come from MTR kowloon Station.

Amazing food! Service was great however I had to wait 45 minutes for a Pina Colada.. not that difficult to make. Atmosphere is nice but I think the music could be a bit louder as it’s super quiet… drinks are normal priced and definitely would come again.

Good lobster and ok burger but fries and other items get cold whilst your dealing with lobster. Service is good and waitress corrected a mistake which was nice. Shame they don’t let you dine on the deck which is just for drinks but as a once in a blue moon treat it’s ok.

Ozone是世界上最高的酒吧，位於麗思卡爾頓酒店的118層，絕對值得一去的體驗，如果你想訂一張外面看風景的桌子，桌子上的最低消費是600?，我建議坐在玻璃窗上的長桌旁，點菜，沒有最低消費，這個地方確實令人嘆為觀止，精緻的內飾和優質的雞尾酒。唯一的事情是，就像香港的大多數地方一樣，男士必須穿封閉的鞋子，即使在這個地方可能有禮賓鞋（免費）。

A unique experience considering you’re sipping drinks on the 118th floor and known as the “highest bar in the world”. Cocktails here were actually pretty good and of course as expected, stunning views of HK and Victoria Harbour from way, WAY up, day or night. Service though was ok and could’ve been better, to be honest.
Simply breathtaking – although pricey, but hey, you’re in the world’s highest bar, so all good ? reservation recommended if you want to sit in the outside area. …

View is really good. Food and drink on expensive side but still ok for such location
In my opinion, it’s one of the best bars in Hong Kong, if not the best one. It’s located on the floor 118 and it’s an unique experience to see the city from so high point. The drinks are pretty expensive but definitely worth the view. Staff were very kind during my both visits and during the daytime one they helped taking our picture as well.
Came here for Burger & Lobster, approx. HK$550 per person incl one cocktail. It’s raining today hence no view. Bar area was full and we were seated on the right side with no decor… Food was cold, incl. fries..

这次在香港丽思卡尔顿酒店的餐厅，吃到了远胜伦敦的Burger&Lobster。
我和朋友选择的Lobster Roll，龙虾肉很多，而且酸酸甜甜的酱汁很开胃。
汉堡我们选择的是Mayfair，这个非常英式的名字，汉堡牛肉很扎实，吃起来很juicy。
Cocktail当中我强烈推荐Fire，据说我去的那天是Fire回归第一天，当你看到酒在你面前燃烧的时候，还是很震撼的。
开心果蛋糕真的很好吃，表层果粒的口感很绝，蛋糕体也是湿软的，很绵密。
芝士蛋糕出品也很优质，配酒一点也不会腻。
❕最重要的是这家餐厅有无敌景致和露台空间，无论你是想坐在餐厅还是去外面，都是很不错的选择。

Hong Kong Skyline Lobster
I have been there 2 times in the last 6 months.
1st time it took over an hour for our starters, the drinks package was slow, and one of them sold out before everyone got a chance to try it.
It was a large group, and I was told to pre-pay all food costs for the table.
When we arrived, it felt like they weren’t expecting us, and we were split into 2 tables.
At the end of the evening, I had to pay for drinks and a service charge (no problem), but after checking my bank statement the following day, I realised that the cost was over $1000 extra. It turns out that since the point of paying for food, the night brunch price changed, and no one thought to warn us. (Ozone admitted their mistake and has refunded)
It was a birthday party and we bought a homemade cake. We were told the cake-cutting fee was $500 per pound (of weight).
We did not cut the cake.
On the second visit,
I only went to go for drinks and to show a client the view/light show.
When I called to book outdoors was told it was not possible.
We arrived at 7:45. When we arrived, I requested to go outdoors. There were lots of places cornered off. I mentioned to the staff we were only there for the 8 pm show and wanted to sit next to the window, but I was told that half the deck was empty and not for public use, and the other areas were tables with a $6000 cover charge.
It took 10 mins to get a menu and a further 10 mins to get someone’s attention to order drinks and snacks (fries and nachos).
Drinks arrived 30 mins later (way after the light show had finished)
I had to leave an hour after ordering but the food had still not arrived.
Both these experiences have been in the last 6 months. Whatever experience used to be common here is no longer the case. Ozone’s only selling point is that it’s the highest bar in the world, but Hk is filled with lots of other bars that cost less and provide a far better service while still maintaining a fantastic view (clouds don’t often cover that)
I would recommend trying out: Salisterra the upper house), eyeBar or Zuma or places that care for their patrons.
As a Brit, the Ritz brand denotes the best one can get. There is nothing that can surpass. Hong Kong’s Rits Carlton is a demonstration that this expectation is limited only to the original hotel in London. Where leadership can actually monitor what is happening.

The world’ s highest bar -118 F, with great views of HK.
It’s located on top of the ICC in Ritz Carlton in Jordan area of Kowloon island.
The cocktails after not that great and I woul prefer rooftop bars in tst and central for better views as this one is overly priced for the views and drinks.
You can take the mtr to Kowloon station.
