One of the highest bars in Hong Kong with a view. Drinks were good and the snacks were decent. Good place for a drink with my boys. Prices are certainly reflective of the location.
Famous bar with a spectacular view. Outdoor terrace which is partly open is nice on a good weather. Drinks were interesting, though – some good, some not my fav.
VISIT #2
Well, I was so delighted with the service last time, I brought my friends from work here to say goodbye. It totally changed my mind on my experience. Two of my party members waited over 30 minutes for their drinks. It was not busy. The staff were apologetic. I left unimpressed. Still a lovely view. Cocktails were still nice. But, I am not interested in poor service. No longer can recommend this, unless it’s for the view.
VISIT #1
I’ve been to a lot of tall building restaurants in my life. Most of them are over-rated and over-priced with lackluster food and service. THIS place, however, exceeded my expectations and more. The elevator ride was, incredible, as expected. The decor was stunning. The view was surreal. But most importantly… the service was remarkable, the cocktails well-mixed and dessert was fabulous. AND, on top of that, they filled a bell-jar with smoke and revealed smoke-infused shots as a birthday gift! Amazing, I can not recommend this place enough.

Great view of the city from this bar (that is if you get a seat by the edge), however drinks and food are really just soso and service could be improved.
The world highest bar at Ritz Carlton 118 floor and classic cocktail is special. Although it’s windy outdoors, but it is equipped with heater, so it is actually comfortable to sit in the outdoor area when visiting in January.

位於麗思卡爾頓酒店118樓，由酒店大堂103樓，需轉乘另一部酒吧專用電梯，直達頂樓，這裏是全球最高的酒吧 ?。
酒吧設計很型格，有駐場DJ混制音樂，分為室內和室外兩部份。
室外的維港景觀一流，居高臨下，不論是白天或是晚上，都有不同的景致 ?。
戶外可以吸煙 ?，酒吧亦有水煙供應。
酒吧以金、木、水、火和土，此五大元素命名的 Cocktails & Mocktails，頗有特色。Zero-Proof Fire，侍應於杯邊點火，真正有火的效果 ?。
Zero-Proof Water，杯邊附上一塊紫菜，可以撕碎加入杯中。
當晚，坐於窗前吧枱，途中突然下雨，因為室外位置是露天，所以後來轉枱至室內。

Extra shout out to Eldwin our server for the night, he was very attentive and professional, also wasn’t over the top, perfect.
Our food was also very good the taste and flavour was great. We also did the Champagne free flow.

我覺得去大氣比看夜景還好。那裡又高又大風，人多，不適合看夜景……這是一個非常精緻的空間，所以我喜歡邊喝酒邊享受的氛圍。認識外國朋友也很開心?
1st time attending lunch wedding banquet at 118/F @ICC Ritz Carlton hotel. What a stunning view of Victoria harbour! All the food at the buffet bar were so fresh and yummy! And the services is a 6 star grade indeed. What a lovely experience
Great place to see the Hong Kong skyline when the bar opens at 4pm and to avoid being overcharged at sky100. At night the place becomes a lounge full of douchebags and rich locals. Post covid it’s become a popular spot for PRC expats and rich local douchebags
Amazing service and view. The new manager just knows how to run this place in the best manner. Their drinks and shisha / hookah are amazing. Overall, a must to go place if you want to have a good night with a fabulous view!

Being the highest bar in Hong Kong within the Ritz Carlton, I expect top quality drink, food and service in addition to its amazing view and decor.
Their speciality cocktails doesn’t really wow me, very average and the cold cut platter felt like it’s worse than the one you get from a budget supermarket. It felt stale with a weird taste, I think it might be contaminated with other stuff they stored together in the fridge. And honestly,
Iberico ham should be served closer to room temp, not stone cold from the fridge.
Nonetheless, their service is up to what you expect from an establishment like this and they offered to cancel the cold cut platter.
I really hope they can improve and become one of

An excellent rooftop bar in Hong Kong, a super chill environment and has excellent service. It is the best place to have a cocktail party here and the Ozone teams are the best to have.
Perfect evening. The food was a set menu and that gives you the perfect opportunity to try food you usually maybe wouldn’t have picked out. Everything was super good and fresh and the waiters were lovely. They even wrote out a little message on a card in the dutch language, since we are dutch. I also love that the owner took time out of his evening to approach us twice and ask if everything was okay. We will be coming back.

You can see the best view of Hong Kong at OZONE. I visited this amazing rooftop bar a few times already. All the staffs are kind and dedicated to provide the best service. This time I visited here with my mother, and we could enjoy the most memorable time during this lunar new year break. Thank you so much, Alana. You and your team really made my day.
Food here is amazing. I recommend you to try Mini Wagyu Beef Burgers. They are really juicy and tasty. You may enjoy tea if you do not want alcohol drinks. Again, you will not regret spending your holiday at this amazing place.

I had made a reservation for the Luminous Jungle Night Brunch for 10 people to celebrate my birthday. As the party was large, they asked that I pay the full cost of the food ahead of time (including service charge). I did so about 5 days before our reservation. At the end of the evening, when paying for our drinks, they tried to charge us for the brunch again. We explained that we paid ahead of time, and they gave us a different bill. A few days later, I noticed that we were overcharged by nearly $1,000. Upon contacting Ozone, they tried to say that the cost of the food per person had increased on 18 January. I paid on 17 January, and was not once notified that the price has increased and that I would be charged the difference. They have issued me a refund for the overcharge, which will take 2-3 weeks to be processed. At least they acknowledged that I was never informed of the price increase (and quite frankly, I should have never been charged it as I paid before the date that the price increased).
Throughout the actual meal, we were told that they were short staffed, which we understood. The food took quite awhile to arrive with large gaps between courses. Most of the party were doing the cocktail free flow, and were very disappointed to only receive one drink in the first hour. Only two of the three cocktails on the menu were available. Luckily, the manager on duty extended our free flow for one hour, after which the drinks came in a more timely manner. The food, luckily, was delicious.
Overall, I expected so much more from Ozone given that it’s part of the Ritz. They acted like my reservation was a huge surprise, even though I had been liaising with them for weeks beforehand. You’d think that paying tens of thousands of dollars ahead of time would make things easier, but it only seemed to cause more confusion. The staff were nice, but most seemed clueless and had no idea what was going on. Not sure I would recommend it in the future.
The bar with the best view in the city. The view from this bar absolutely stunning with a panaromic view of the victoria harbor. The interior is luxurious and the service is professional. Drinks are little bit pricey but it may be worth it to enjoy the scenic view from this bar especially if you are coming here with a friend.
Terrible and very slow service, I have organized a surprise desert for a friend’s birthday, they were supposed to wait for my sign, but for some reason they brought it right when my friend arrived, even before she ordered drinks and food.
Drinks order was messed up.

The view from up here is amazing however I have to say that is about where it ends.
The service was not what was expected for a venue of such high calibre. We waited for 25 minutes before being served (to which we had to call somebody over) and were only 1 of 3 couples outside when there were two staff standing at the bar the entire time. When we asked if we were meant to go to the counter to order we were rudely told “No. It’s table service”.
We were originally going to be having dinner here and while the food menu looked quite appealing we decided not since we were let down with the service we received initially.
The cocktails taste really good and are reasonably priced (slightly high but alright for the venue) but the rest of the drinks menu are overpriced.
The experience was saved somewhat at the end by the arrival of a beautiful card and some wonderful drinks for our anniversary so im changing my review to reflect that.
I cannot say I would really recommend to come here for the service but the cocktails were a massive highlight and the view.
Had a dinner in a “jungle” in the sky here at in the highest bar in the world!
They’re currently offering a Luminous Jungle Menu ($588pp) all week long featuring dishes inspired by South American and Japanese cuisines. Appetizers were so-so but mains were nice – we all loved the [ Picanha steak ] – and portions were just right.
We actually came on a Friday night for the menu, but not until we sat down did we realise another menu was served that night, the Jungle Beat Weekend Menu ($888pp). Their website only shows the $588 menu though, even now. Anyway, the servers explained that on friday’s and saturday’s, this weekend menu would be served. Hmmm.
The main difference between the two menus is that the weekend one features a free-flow drinks package, as well as live performances. We don’t drink anyway so we requested that we stayed with the regular menu. After a little bit of mess, we finally settled for the weekend menu, but with free-flow mocktails and juices. (We didn’t have much of a choice anyway. :/) The night didn’t start out great, but we managed to enjoy it. Shoutout to Becky for the special arrangement and taking extra care for us.
Vibes were absolutely great, with tropical music in the background. Throughout the dinner, there were DJ performance as well as performances from three groups of performers, which definitely leveled up our experience.

2022年11月第一次去麗思卡爾頓的Ozone bar，不知道能不能遇到優質的服務。我只是來關注麗思卡爾頓的評論和品牌。這次我來這裡是為了和男朋友一起成為 khun “NAM” (Kuljira) 的特別客人。我第一次認識她是在預訂櫃檯。她成了我的好朋友。我總是想在有機會的時候回到這裡。這次是情人節，因為她的熱情好客，我第二次回到這裡。酒吧本身非常有活力。然而，沒有她的服務，我不確定在香港競爭酒吧的早午餐是否具有說服力。我告訴我的很多朋友和商業夥伴來這裡。我會一次又一次回到Ozone享受她的陪伴。
我強烈推薦這家酒吧。酒吧的工作人員 Khun Nam 非常樂於助人。對於會說泰語的人我想有朋友推薦。 Khun Nam的服務很好，很可愛也很漂亮。我們一起多多來吧。不會讓你失望的。快來幫我給你點評一下。

Without the location and the view, this place is nothing. Food sucks, drinks not special, and the money you paid is not worth the service you get.
Touristic spot for the views to the city and the skylight. Nice cocktails. Door policy is easy, as long as males don’t wear short pants. Prices are quite expensive especially if you’d like to sit outside. There is a minimum consumption. Payment by cash and card possible.
I ordered ‘truffle fries” but was served mushrooms.
進入麗思酒店入口後，乘前面的電梯到103層。換乘電梯，前往118層。營業到1:00，好像是0:00最後點單，所以我們是0:04到的。我被要求確認我的姓名和電話號碼一段時間，但我能夠通過……謝天謝地！所有的調酒師都是小男孩，但是他們很細心和nice✨ 我說我想去外面，然後去了露台座位（？）。沒有天花板有點冷。至於從天而降的景色，我想我可以早點欣賞，因為那裡有更多的燈光，但這就是香港的全部。即使在午夜之後它也足夠美麗☆可以享用大約 160 美元的雞尾酒。我推薦它，因為你可以品嚐到非凡的味道！
Came to Ozone for the burger and lobster promotion. The food was great but our special occasion was ruined. I made sure with the staff that smoking was allowed as my grandpa is a heavy smoker and this was my farewell dinner with him as I was leaving the city permanently. Smoking was allowed on the terrace as long as it’s not raining. I checked the weather reports to make sure it wasn’t raining. They still closed off the terrace because a guest slipped on condensation. I would never have chosen this venue if I knew Ozone did this.
The whole idea of a non-smoking bar is preposterous at a luxury hotel. It should be standard there’s a cigar room that’s ventilated for smoking guests. You can’t expect the elderly to go down 118 floor on their own just for a cig.
Nothing makes you feel on top of the world like the view here. Unforgettable
