5 Star World Class experience! Went here for National Day for the 2 hour bottomless Veuve package. The views were incredible but more importantly the entire experience was amazing. From the moment you arrive you are treated to that exceptional Ritz Carlton hospitality by every staff member. On Top of that, the venue is very clean and impressive. I was lucky to meet Jamie Chau the GM of the establishment and he was extremely welcoming and accommodating as was the rest of his staff. I would highly recommend OZONE for the amazing service, great views, as well as impressive venue.

Cool bar at the top of Hong Kong. The wine selection is a little limited but the tapas selection was quite good. Take the sample platter as this gets you a pretty good value spread. Prices are a little higher than normal but the view is nice. Make sure that if you want to go outside, go early because the balcony is closed off.
There is a cover charge after 8:30 but if you arrive before, it is free. Dress code also applies after 8:30.
Fantastic views, but very expensive. But no admission fees, so you get a free ride on the turbo elevators!
Not cheap at £16.50 a pint but on a clear day it’s hard to argue about the view. Quite walkable on a hot evening from the Star Ferry (head for 1880 Heritage, keep it on your right and go up Canton Rd to the Xihu theatre, turn left, walk through the shopping centre and up to the Ritz Charlton. Lift to reception (103) then Ozone dedicated lift to the 118th floor).
Nice bar with friendly staff and great views (if not blocked by clouds or fog).
But that’s it. There’s nothing super special about it. The menu is pretty expensive, the sizes of the drinks are average or below average, however the cocktails on the menu are very interesting and fancy.
The staff is skilled when it comes to prepare the drinks but service wise there’s definitely space for improvement. After we received our first rounds of drinks, we didn’t see our waiter again until we asked for the bill.
Also, the fact that they don’t have a dresscode before 8:30pm attracts many tourists and a kind of clientele you wouldn’t expect in such a ‚fancy‘ place (People with big backpacks, baseball caps and football jerseys? Come on… ?).
Overall it’s a nice place to visit but there is space for improvement.

Great View and loved the service of the staff. Prices are quite pricey, but worth it for the price. We will have to come back again after the typhoon to head outside.
Ozone is the highest bar in the world. The view from Ozone is awesome – you can view the stunning panoramic view. The best timing to visit Ozone is 7-9pm as the lights on skyscrapers start to be dimmed after 9pm. Ozone offers a list of wines, spirits and cocktails. For sure, the price is more expensive than most of the bars in HK. I have tried a few cocktails and taste really great. However, the interior design is not as gorgeous as I expected. Ozone is quite packed and noisy. The waiters are generally unfriendly and impolite as well.

Honestly, it’s just ok. The views are the best part of this bar. The service in the hotel is great, but the service at the bar is only ok. The drinks are so-so and the atmosphere is not great. We made reservations which turned out to be first-come, first-serve, mostly standing room in the open-air bar area. My girlfriends and I had an overall unpleasant experience inhaling second-hand smoke and being gawked at by haughty losers the whole time (who we found out were not-so-discretely taking phone pics of us). I understand that this isn’t the fault of the bar/hotel staff, but it did affect our enjoyment.
瘋狂的空中酒吧！！！！瘋了，太酷了。建築物的氛圍和設計也非常好！工作人員也很友好（我昨天遇到了來自印度尼西亞的工作人員）。景色真的太棒了！！！我的建議是早點來，這樣你就可以找到一個好座位或進行預訂。哦，天氣晴朗的時候來吧，這樣景色會很好，不會被霧籠罩。甜點和飲料都是一流的！味道真的很好！不要後悔來這裡欣賞日落。
Went for a cocktail and a view. Unfortunately it was cloudy but the cocktails were creative and tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful and if you are on the Marriott program you get a discount. Only unfortunate was the front door lady telling they were very busy so I couldn’t have a table for long. That was a lie but no one rushed me off the table. So still a 5.
It’s a nice view but that’s it! Me and some friends went there and they even came to ask what we want to order so we just leave. I recommend you to go and just take some pictures and leave the place. The money you will spend in one drink there you can have like 4 drinks somewhere else.
Great view. Decent prices. Make sure to dress appropriately as they do have a dress code. No shorts for men. However they do offer to lend some trouser for the night. Lost some points for me for the poor service despite being a fairly prestigious hotel. The waiters and waitresses did not pay attention even on a less busy night, and took a long time with cocktails. Otherwise worth coming for conversations backdropped with the amazing skyline.
At the Carlton-Ritz.On the 18th floor… the highest bar in the world. Dress up or dress down. Expensive prices, but worth the view. I had a expresso martini with marshmallow. Nice, but not the best I’ve had.

View is 5 stars, but not the service I usually get from the Ritz. Especially when spending 5000hkd on dinner and wine. Reservations dont guarantee you a seat outside and there is no system for outside seating when you get there. They let in anyone and everyone so prepare to drink your bottle of champagne while a guy in flip flops and cargo shorts stumbles over your table trying to take a selfie. Food is 3/5 at best. Wine list is fairly comprehensive.
We chose to come here for the views but didn’t know that the outside area with the views closed because of weather conditions. They did allow us to go into a private room to check out the view and take a few photos.
The service is exceptional but expected given the price and the 10% service fee charge. We spent 1,100 HKD for two drinks and a tasting meal for one person. The atmosphere is good,
Would recommend on a clear evening/sunny day.

不過太高了，景色也挺低的，香港的夜景顯得小了點。

Honestly a very sub-par experience. Service was slow, drinks were inconsistent (we got the “same drink” three times and each one was completely different) and expensive. The view is fine, but it’s all bar seating unless you’re willing to pay for the corner table seating. Table seating has a minimum spend, but the service was so slow that it would be impossible to hit, so we just left. I would not recommend coming here if you actually care about good cocktails and service.
Use to be the best place to hang out for music and drinks. No longer so. No just an over priced place to get a drink. Much better places in Hong kong

Take a look at the photo. Thats the view, through dirty angled windows that take all the glare of the cheap neon lights from the bar. What a disappointment. Couldnt see much from the smokers terrace that was the only place to view the skyline. There are at least 50 other places in HK that showcase a more impressive view. Honestly, dont waste the effort of travelling here. 500ml of Asahi was £15! I live in London and that’s ridiculous. Service was super slow and had no character and the cocktails were pretty basic.
I went there on 23 feb 2020. The receptionist was helpful and the bartender. Mr. Quentin provided us an unique experience in Ozone. The food and wine is also nice!

Breathtaking view of Hongkong’s skyline! Nice cocktails and really cool staff! Love this upper class bar and it’s cool music & view! They have an indoor and outdoor portion.
Loved it. Great views of the harbour.250hkd a little steep for a cocktail but entry is free so no problem.

Nice View, higher than observation lounge. Price of cocktail comparable to admission fee of lounge so better enjoy the cocktail (really good). Cocktail can last you a while.
It’s certainly impressive being so high up. I was a little disappointed that outside is only open to the sky and you have to look out through glass. There is still a nice breeze and good views but if your want nighttime photos of Central, the views are not as good as they could be, owing the lightning causing reflections in the glass which surrounds the outdoor bar. Slightly lower bars are better for photography.
Always go there for my marriage anniversary for few drinks, awesome view of HK from the top of Ozone Bar and the best of all, is the service. Ask for Rio the staff and get well serve. Hope to bring my friends next time there…
（下韓版） 內飾不錯，視野好！不錯的員工。好的音樂。但是雞尾酒不好，價格也很高。
內部裝飾也很漂亮，有一種豪華的氣氛。景色也很好，就是被窗戶擋住了，不太好拍照。
問題是雞尾酒。價格貴，但味道不好，建議只喝一杯啤酒或威士忌。
Stunning views, nice environment, need to improve the service – sometimes the staff are not bery attentive.

海灣的景色令人眼花繚亂，絕對是獨一無二的。人們很容易期望雞尾酒的價格與麗思酒店相當，但這並不重要。相當休閒的著裝要求，主要是外籍客戶。
服務態度很好。本來是要上去看景觀的，但是下雨，戶外沒開放，服務生很耐心解釋並道歉。店內音樂很棒。

OZONE is well known “Highest rooftop bar” located at 490m above sea level, 118th floor of Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong. The rooftop is always windy so recommended to bring jacket. Unfortunately the place is covered with glasses so reflection makes difficult to take nice night view photos. The drinks are from 160 HKD for wine, 100 HKD for beer, 155 HKD for cocktails. It costs 100 HKD for the observatory on the 100th floor, SKY100, of the same building so drink price sounds reasonable after paying for ticket. Reservation is highly recommended. Dress smart as shorts and sandals are not allowed.
Best bar staff and service staff! We took a mixology class: Oscar is the man! Brunch is amazing – the views, the food and the cocktails.

Over priced, typical cocktails you can get almost anywhere else. They seem to be really picky about who gets in. Tried attending this venue twice and was told to stand no seats available while I went in and noticed plenty of seats.
After the warm drizzle in the city, the sky was clearer than it ever be! Perfect day to be at the highest bar in Hong Kong with a bunch of hot ladies for a birthday gathering! The terrace is my favourite area where I can have a conversation with my girl overlooking the city and ?. …
