The place is nice but the service and experience seems very different if you are a local or a foreigner. Free snacks for HK people, overcharged for foreigners. Slow service… Very disappointed and a bad experience that I don’t recommend 🙁

非常舒服也很悠閒的小地方
It was closed when we visited.
This is the worst pub i have ever been. The price is high for the drinks but it’s not up to the standard. The taste’s weak and i felt like drinking too much water plus a few syrup but it costed me a hundred something per drink. The attitude of the staff are not good either. They dont know how to serve people. I felt ashamed to bring my overseas friends to try that pub. That really spoilt everybody’s mood and the image of Hong Kong.
Good valued beer towers during happy hour.
Had the worst Mojito in town and probably in my whole life for 100HKD!! I complained to 3 of the staff and none of them showed any empathy and just murmured an obviously fake “sorry”… Zero for the customer service, Zero for the attitude and Zero for the drink! If you want to be ripped off and treated like crap it’s definitely the right address to head to!!!

I just read some reviews saying that foreigners would have been ripped off here, but I was pretty good. Maybe because I went with a local person, I was offered happy hours which I did not notice, and I really enjoyed beers at this bar.
Our welcome at the door consisted of being told that the pub has a two drink minimum for all patrons. After ordering over 25 overpriced drinks for 5 people, we were asked to buy two more drinks for the person saying hi from another table in the same pub! At the end of a football game on the television (that no one was watching), we were asked to settle the tab, and told that the 2 drink minimum would be reset. Upon paying the bill we were told that they don’t accept coins in payment (legal tender and the only way to actually provide correct change in this case). We left the pub immediately afterwards. The worst service I have experienced in any pub or restaurant in Hong Kong. Do not go here for any reason.
Cool place
比蘭桂坊安靜。
Tricksy hobbitses. They kindly offer u crisps with your drink and make u pay for them. Plus while ordering a Blue Girl beer, they ‘suggested’ a local one instead, of course not notifying the customer about its ridiculous price. On top of all that they auto-add a 10% service fee (which is quite ill-deserved).

我去的時候沒有客人。我在volog裡看過一次，覺得還可以，所以就去參觀了。喝了兩杯啤酒和炸薯條。百分之十的增值稅？啤酒很好，但有點貴。

不行，老闆和員工都沒禮貌，影響心情，又比較小間，不會再去了，
去過幾間，旁邊還有幾間大的，員工友善一點，不說那一間了，一間有band show, 一間西式的也不錯，其他的也可試試。
Beautiful outdoor patio area to hangout best and friendly staff good cocktails with warm service testy lil bites wow and they have outdoor smoking area and very reasonable price love to go again and again ❤️❤️

Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Reasonable prices especially during happy hour. The guy greeting us even have me a free box of cigarette when mine ran out.
The staff is saying “buy 1 get 1 free happy hour”, no not during the happy hour but just good for only one drink. Not mentioning the high prices too… Won’t ever come back and won’t ever recommend this place.
