Good german style food. Friendly staff.
Low quality of food and service: the pig knuckle is very dry and salty, the steak is not delicious at all without any taste of ‘beef’. The sausage is so-so. Most of the staff there are ‘bad face’ without any smile except a female staff. The food and service are overrated.

The food was tasty but nothing special for a German. The prices for the drinks were too expensive. The price for the food is between normal and too high. A pretzel in german costs usually 9$, in the restaurant its 28$.
The German beer and food offered here is pretty good. The food menu is quite comprehensive and they have a very decent selection if wheat beers. Food portions are pretty big. The staff is friendly, the patrons usually are a friendly group as well. Seating could be more comfortable but that’s the only improvement point.

While Brotziet has higher prices, it also has significantly better food, a greater view, and staff that are trained to take care of you. While Biergarten might be the oldest German pub in Kowloon, it sadly is no longer the best – not even close.

呢道菜式原來係世界各地都好出名
因為小牛肉既係比起我地平時食既牛高檔，脂肪含量相對地低亦都好有營養價值，食落口較嫩較香口！
而rosti原來是指瑞士薯餅，原來呢個薯餅係文化方面都有段故嫁喎，最後仲成為左德瑞文化既一種！薯餅呢d咁香口既食物,相信無人抗拒得到,唔單只香口夠味夠吸引,而且外脆內軟,口感好豐富,非常推薦！

在香港涼爽可口，但連氣氛都是可以放鬆的酒吧。這就像香港當地德國人的bokdeokbang。一個我們經常認識的地方。
Came there for the asparagus menu, even calling in before to make sure they have it. After arriving, looking at the menu for 10 minutes, we ordered 3x asparagus with schnitzel. Only to be told they ran out of asparagus. Really disappointing given we only went there for the asparagus. Then we wanted to order Rouladen. Then the waitress told us this is also out for the day. We then asked what they do have to stop that guessing game and got some sausages etc. The food and beer were good but the service was ridiculous. They could have told me on the phone already that there is no asparagus or at least before we ordered. So sad as I used to like this place a lot.
Not tasty enough.. knuckles too dry ..sourkraut okay..too pricey and discount on FB wasn’t given..
A bar which is a little out dated but the staffs were very pleasant and helpful. Conveniently located in the TST area as it is right next to the MTR exit. And it’s on a street level if you’re a smoker then can just take those tables at the door.
Food was ok and wine selection a bit short
Quite a good atmosphere and a very nice manager. The beer is really overpriced though and nothing special.
Popped in to try a couple of the beers which I enjoyed. Service a little slow but ok.
Love the dive-bar atmosphere. Service is great, and the selection of German beers and dishes is excellent. Great place to enjoy a meal or grab Happy Hour drinks.
Their lunch set are delicious with reasonable price. Staff is helpful and nice. Definitely will visit again.

My experience is so difficult to put into words. Just know, that it was probably a once in a life time experience. Sorry if you’re time at the Biergarten is not as eventful.
We were looking for something different to eat one night other than local cuisine or American food. I know it’s so random to go to a German pub when in Hong Kong, but we thought why not.
We really wanted to sit at the bar, but there were not enough seat. So we sat in one of the barrel booths. It was the best location to see to watch the magic unfold that night. There is music playing but not too loud. Having a conversation with the people at your table is not an issue.
We were kept entertained most of the night by random groups/individuals singing along to the music playing. Sometimes it would only be a couple of lines, but still humorous to watch and hear. I have to say it was much better than any karaoke bar I’ve been to. A group of German men started singing a traditional German song. Nothing wrong with cheerful intoxicated people.
The food was amazing and the beers were reasonably priced. I can’t forgot to mention that. We ordered the pizza and potato skins. Yes, I know, very random choices for a German place.
The crowd is definitely a local crowd. I only noticed a few other tourists there. It’s definitely not a place you would necessarily notice waking by, but it’s so worth it. It seems that Friday night was the better night. Some friends went on Saturday (after hearing our stories) and they said it wasn’t as lively. But they could have been there too early for any festivities.

Definitely a place for us to go when we are in TST. All dishes we ordered are all good. The homemade pasta and the pan fried potatoes is excellent and I can go back just for it!
It is one of my favourite bar to go while I think about beer and sausages.
Please include the Leberkäse (Meatloaf) in the standard menu, it was so delicious !!!! Real German beer in a great atmosphere, we’ll be back.
Good place for a German Beer, at TST Mody Road. Spacious and not noisy. Quick to get on tube back home.
Happy hour 去，叫了一杯Bitburger small size 啤酒不是特別好, Garlic bread and cheese, happy hour 不是特別平。不值得遠道而去。

Nicely decorated German restaurant, you may have a table inside a huge barrel.
Camenbert with jam and the Apfelstrudel with Vanilla sauce are tasty. The Flammkuchen was a bit oily though. There is also a good selection of German beers available.

佢嘅食物唔錯,份量夠大,而且啲腸同ham都好味~
最鍾意佢個Preztel,又夠熱,又軟綿綿,但外皮又脆脆地~
仲有自家製mulled wine,冬天凍冰冰飲一流~
