At Celestial Court (inside Sheraton Hotel) the high prices of each yum cha dish are worth it. While there are many places in Hong Kong that offer a good yum cha, my family personally thinks that at C.C the chefs go a little further in offering you fresh, delicious and creative dishes for your yum cha experience here.

普通不像是飯店應該有的水準，只有奶皇包驚艷！
High quality food: “Char siu”, deep fried chicken, spare-rip in strawberry sauce and all sorts of dim sum. Good service and quiet environment.

Excellent Chinese experience! Relaxing atmosphere and delicious and delicate menu. Make sure to pre order the Peking duck which was the standout dish! Lobster was great too!
This is the local’s choices of quality dim sum. I have been going there for a while but apparently most of the diners there seems to be there much longer and come more frequent. Menu is extensive Cantonese food from BBQ port to steam fish or various type of slow cook soup. The gem is dim sum, a full range of classic dim sum but always have some varieties with a lot of creativity.

我是在農曆新年前的一個星期天晚上拜訪的。這是一家受當地人歡迎的餐廳，所以大多數中國家庭都在那裡。這是我在香港去過的最安靜的餐廳，也許是因為它是一個極其昂貴的地方。工作人員好像想讓你點套餐，但是套餐一人最少1000多，貴的要5000多，而且付錢的時候還要加10%的服務費！吃膩了中國的香料和喧囂……喜歡安靜的餐廳就點了。我單點了一道菜，但每次點菜，廚師都問我要不要等這個超過30到40分鐘。炸蝦在廚師要求等待30多分鐘後10分鐘就上桌了。可能吧。。。意思是點套餐或者出去玩，但是好像我們一行人沒通知就一直點。大蝦和豆腐很好吃，而洋蔥豬肉菜很臭。 1000個紅娘出來了3個菜單，還加了10%的服務費。我咬了一口豬肉菜，然後全部離開了。蝦菜真的很好吃。
Amazing Peking Duck. I was alone but I was able to manage the normal thinly sliced pieces and wafer thin pancakes.

Classy restaurant – yes but I find it very weird to have English tea serving sets – disappointing. Decor is elegant. I like the roast goose. Mom likes the BBQ honey glazed pork. Both of us agree that the Pork belly is a failure. The tim sum 3 piece lunch set is interesting. I did enjoy it. I must say they have quite a selection of tea. Might come here again just to have tea.. ?

Best crispy chicken in Hong Kong.
Great hidden restaurant inside the Sheraton hotel. I had to ask inside to find it. They have very good dim sum with some twist in traditional dishes. Recommended if you are in Tsim Sha Tsui
Excellent food, service also just as good. Huge restaurant.
Fine dining Chinese restaurant offering a great variety of food. The Peking duck was very nice as they sliced the meat and the skin for you to choose. The meat was so lean and tender, definitely delicious. Another must try was the baked stuffed crab with cheese, so tasty! The cod and the sticky rice were cooked perfectly too. Also the staffs were friendly and attentive. It’s a bit pricey but you get what you pay. Highly recommend!

叉燒包外皮酥脆，香熱軟熟，叉燒內餡味道剛好，真是一個好包。
海膽春卷餡料食材不錯，但味道普通。春卷皮揸得好，不過有點厚。而且海膽甘苦，和春卷也不搭。
海參腸粉，腸粉皮挺好的，內餡也好吃的，不過兩者不太搭。內餡可以自己單獨做一個餸。
紅菜頭餃，外皮蒸得有點溶溶爛爛，內餡也一般。

我在香港吃過的最好的中國菜之一。我吃了我香港朋友推薦的。。那個紅雞（？）太好吃了！！！蝦很新鮮，不過韓國的好一點！
魚菜非常乾淨可口。!!!!!沒想到就吃了，實在是太好吃了，拍了張照片。我點了大約3個豬肉菜。。我推薦它，因為它有香味，感覺很油膩！
我想給 5 星但是。因為價格有點高，我脫了一個！！
儘管如此，還是去正豆嘎巴這裡好吃多了！價格跟之前差不了多少

Old taste which I found missing many years. My first time here (definitely will go again and again) and I like the dim sum here. Five stars hotel price, you can feel the interaction between frequent customers and the staff.
The sesame cake is good, I dont like the pork cake much though…
