My second time coming back to this lovely restaurant. True that you need to be patient to wait, but the noodle and soup is just sublime. Definitely not a place for you if you are in a rush as there are only 3 tables and 6 seats in total, and only one person (the boss) working. He is very focus on his work and you could feel his passion about the stuff he serves. If you love a good bowl of soup noodle, this is definitely worth a try and wait.
Horrible experience for waiting for an hour for nothing. Nobody knows when it opens but lines up under sunlight

Totally ridiculous. Been waiting for over an hour after its opening hour but the owner still inside minding his preparations with no explanations. Terrible experience
If you aren’t ready, then don’t say you open at 12:30pm and have your customers waiting outside for an hour under the sun for nothing.
其實我是想给予四星。事實上這店舖的出品的麵湯底算好味。有當年一蘭拉麵的水準。但考慮到價錢及等位狀況。只能给三星。不反對去一次。但再去巳是無謂。最大原因90元一碗麵不值
真係只有三款麵可以選擇, 但超級用心做, 值得耐心等待

我選擇了海蝦濃湯麵,所有麵都會配上薄片牛肉!?
店主每天炒香海蝦親自熬製!? 湯底好重鮮蝦味,好鮮甜,我都差不多成碗湯飲哂?
伊麵口感彈牙,每條麵都吸收了蝦湯精華,一食就停唔到口??
Roast Beef 即切即用火槍灸燒牛肋肉? 口感一流,唔會太肥又唔會太瘦,食落有煙燻味,好香? 上面再有櫻花蝦 夾埋牛一齊食就另一個口感層次
老闆生意好好,多數都要排隊,因入面得6個位置,請大家預時間排隊

非常美味,牛肉新鮮,湯底味濃,無味精,麵份量足,男士也夠飽,老闆好有heart,慢工出细貨,感覺是一位紳士,動作優雅,一人包辦:掃安心出行,落單,煮,收碗,抹枱,洗碗等,提醒去潮拜需有耐性,排隊要30min,只有3枱共6座位。。。老闆会待6位客人[都]吃完,才開始料理下一輪6位客人的食物!由排隊至食物上枱,大約1個小時。會再去惠顧,但必慎選人流較少的時間!

只有三款湯底選擇,材料一樣。重點餐廳得6個位,經常排隊,但值得一試!
這間店舖真的可以用「堅」字來形容,因為這小店只有一位師傅由煮麵到樓面都是一腳踢,全場只有三張枱六個坐位,真的佩服他的毅力和堅持,雖然店舖雖小但五臟俱全,裝修簡潔乾淨夠光猛。
而我們也一樣很有毅力,因為知道只有三張枱我們預早九個字前來排隊等開門,最後差不多排了兩個鐘才可以入坐,真的要讚一下自己吧!
海蝦濃湯Roast beef 伊麵 $90
期待已久的海蝦濃湯伊麵,煮湯底一定要有耐性先可以煲到一鍋靚湯底,夠火候控制要剛剛好,味道濃郁而且有鮮蝦的味道配上櫻花蝦味道更突出,烤牛肉Roast beef師傅煮麵同時另一邊切定好牛肉片即場用火槍烤熟,只烤一面底沒有烤這樣半生熟可以吃到牛肉原有肉味和質感,口感豐富層次更出。
胡椒豬骨濃湯Roast beef 伊麵 $90
這個胡椒豬骨濃湯喝第一啖胡椒味已經很強烈,之後喝到豬骨鮮味即時另味蕾提升,伊麵軟硬度適中不會過腍,天氣開始轉冷喝完這碗麵即時有暖笠笠的感覺。如果食客覺得一個伊麵不夠還可以點加底的。
Bookmarked 左呢間小店好耐,之前點幾行經但未開門?,今日一個人做完facial 5點左右就去碰碰運氣啦?
排左半個鐘就入到,覺得算幾好彩喇?

食客係可以一直欣賞到老闆烹調過程???,我坐係最近老闆煮麵既位置,睇到老闆的一絲不茍同誠意,令我讚嘆?
老闆會係食客食緊野時開始準備下一round 食客既牛肉份量,見佢好用心咁慢慢切?
到食客入座及點餐後,佢就開始用火槍?燒牛肉,然後灑上櫻花蝦,再燒一下
最後再灑上蔥花,又再燒
湯底絕對唔馬虎,老闆會先將湯渣撈起放在隔到渣既勺上,然後再用湯勺將湯倒在湯渣上,讓湯透過隔渣既勺流到碗上?
再係湯麵灑上櫻花蝦同蔥花後再燒一下
過程真係見老闆好用心,所以大約20分鐘左右先有得食,如果趕時間千祈唔好黎?
老闆上麵時會同食客講唔好意思,應該係覺得令食客久等❤️
不過其實係我地自願黎食既?
另外,佢連對筷子都與別不同架,雖然係即棄但係都好精美,老闆真係一個好講究細節既人?

上檯時見到個湯真係好濃郁,即時忍唔住先飲幾啖,有新鮮既蝦味,櫻花蝦係極香?? 不過就唔算太飲到有蝦膏味?
聽講老闆係用鮮蝦殼同蝦頭去炒再煮成濃湯??
燒牛肉有七片,燒既火喉真係相當好,大約係5成熟,每一片都鮮嫩有嚼勁,黑椒味好夠,而且油脂感豐富,牛肉味未算最豐富但也不錯?
伊麵比起平日食既會較彈牙有咬口,不過就唔算太掛到湯,所以我將麵放上湯羹上再加上湯一齊食?
食完係完全唔口渴,感覺冇咩味精??
平時唔多飲湯底既我都接近飲哂,唔想浪費老闆的心機?
整體黎講係好唔錯,但可能期望過高所以未算非常驚喜,如果排半個鐘我覺得值得一試,超過一個鐘就唔係太值喇?
另外,份量唔算好多,如果男仔食未必夠飽?
最後同老闆傾左幾句,知道原來佢係香港人,臨走時佢都會問食客佢d 麵好唔好食,感覺好親切??

已經做咗呢度嘅常客,金華火腿湯麵超好味,味濃食完唔會口渴,只有三款湯底嘅麵,其中一款定期會轉口味,老闆得閒嘅話會主動同食客傾計問吓意見,同埋會分享佢呢間小店嘅背後理念,非常親切。有時排隊排到腳軟,但係堂食比外賣好味得多,小店加油!

至今係香港最欣賞的麵店? …
因為全店只有6個位,好好彩等左1個鐘左右就有得食,試咗金華火腿同埋蝦湯2款麵,個湯真係超好飲,啲伊吸收咗個湯汁更好味!仲有幾塊燒牛肉,燒得好好,肉香味道正!只有一個人打理成間店,所以要等係好正常,唔等得就唔試啦!

It’s healing to see the owner taking care of everything with the utmost care. Food was amazing!
等开门等了好久。说好2点45分开门,但3点30还在等。不知道为什么,但好像不太能接受这种文化。做生意好像要讲些信用吧,要么你说4pm开门也行,但不能说好几点开门,然后让人在外面等。
This noodle shop was operated by the owner himself only and it has only three 2-seat table for a total of six persons at any one time.
I visited it at around 6pm on a weekday. There were a queue of 5 people and I was the sixth, so lucky. After around ten minutes, I was settled down in the shop.
About the food, it only offers three noodles and one burger. So it shouldn’t take long to decide what to order.
I picked the shrimp broth noodle with grilled beef. It took another fifteen minutes for the owner to prepare the six orders in a batch and delivered them one by one to each of the customers.
The food. The shrimp broth was great and full of shrimp favor. I finished all of them. The noodle was Chinese noodle (伊麵), a more premium noodle, and was a good combination with the broth.
It came with five slices of black pepper grilled beef and it was also good. It was seared with a fire gun before it was put on the table.
Overall the food was nice. It would be great if it has more variety.
After all, it needs patience and luck to visit this shop as it is a 1-man shop only.

Very original taste in the 3 different noodle soups (chicken, prawn & beef) , no msg, very good condensed soup, the steak come separate with the noodle soup is beautifully made by hand held burner and tastes surprisingly good!

星期六放工即刻行去排隊,估唔到6點半已經有十幾人等緊?點知美食之神眷顧我,老闆行出黎問有冇一個人,可以搭枱?非常lucky既一日?舖頭細細只有6個位,坐低玩左陣電話就有得食啦,唔算等得耐。好香既金華火腿湯??本身已經好肚餓,加上咁好味所以食得好快。老闆見我狼吞虎嚥咁叫我慢慢食?呢碗只係$90,大把連鎖店日式拉麵仲貴又行貨。下次會再黎排過??好值得再幫襯。

味道OK,但等太耐。得3張枱,入面6個人食曬先再放6人入店。門口企1h,等20分鐘煮面。啲牛肉只係室溫。吾值
值得等待!簡單三碗麵、但湯底絕不簡單!牛肉亦非常鮮嫩!睇得出老闆真正用「心」煮每一碗麵。
如果見到前面有6位排隊,而鋪內已經滿坐,咁你就預咗要排1個鐘喇,呢個就係我嘅情況。
咁究竟值唔值得排成一粒鐘呢?我本人覺得,唔係好值,半個鐘仲得。
首先講,碗湯真係世界級,超乎拉麵嘅層面。啲牛肉簡直係冇得比,上面燒咗,其餘就係生食,超好味,以$90嚟講物超所價。
不過條隊就長到我差啲走咗,真係好考堅持。

The shop doesn’t have operation hour mentioned in the shop and we are unsure when the true operating hour.
There are elder waiting in front of the shop since 14xx and stay outside in hot summer for 1+ hours for unknown reason

First of all, the owner is nice and the noodle is decent (Chinese ham and chicken soup base). But it is a one-man team and if you don’t mind waiting for possibly over an hour for a $90 bowl of noodle, then you should go; if not, i’m sure you’ll be able to find good food elsewhere in TST with no wait.
There’s no hours of operation listed outside. I arrived at 2:45pm on a Friday and was second in line. Thought it opens at 3 or give it 3:30pm per some of the reviews on Openrice … NOPE, it broke record and opened at 4:15pm today. Waited another 20 minutes or so for the noodle. The owner kept saying sorry (唔好意思). I think he meant it when he said it, he just didn’t do anything to change it.

Overall experience amazing! The owner was super nice and generous for opening an hour after it was supposed to. The broth, noodles and marinated beef was exceptional and excellent. It is his own business and loves to get to know his customers. I tried all three of the soup base as i was with my family and we all got different ones and all three were delicious.
Price is super low for what you get!! Do try if you’re near the area!
I would go back in a heartbeat!

Honestly absolutely ridiculous.
Waited till 3:45 and no signs of the shop opening any time soon.
The owner could’ve got out of the restaurant and informed people that he would open late but he did not.
I mean people have lives beyond eating a bowl of noodles he could’ve let people know so that people wouldn’t stand under the heat for 45 minutes for nothing.
I will never visit this restaurant and neither should people with any self respect pay a visit.
