Modernised and a little upmarket kart noodle vendor but the food is still the same old traditional Hong Kong style noodle soups. Taste of the spicy soup base was too hot and the pork bone soup was too bland. Ingredients were fresh and tasty, especially the spicy squid and fish balls. However there are others that are better perhaps not so clean and upmarket but the noodle soups are nevertheless tastier.

真正港味車仔麵！同細個70年代街邊，棚仔，推車仔，一樣味道！絕對香港人集體回憶，童年美食！
對一向有食開車仔麵的我來說，只能說還可以接受。

A classic Hong Kong local cuisine which was derived from hawker food stalls in the street of old Hong Kong.
One of the best Cart noodles I’ve ever tried. Clean and comfy environment. Good quality and quantity of food.
Recommended “Premium Spicy Soup” and “Satay Soup”.

My table ordered the egg noodles which was fantastic. The thick rice noodles (kway teow) and the rice noodles (vermicelli) which was done nice and springy.
The pork broth was quite light and has a subtle taste. If you are going for the spicy soup base, I recommend the least spicy (the medium spicy already packed a pretty huge punch.
The toppings that were outstanding are the pig’s blood, the pork intestines, the fish dumplings, beef balls, beef cubes. They were very generous with the enoki mushrooms too.
The food came realky fast. I recommend using one order sheet for each person to prevent confusion. I am glad we decided to walk in. Highly recommend and would come again.

早餐湯底太喊，厨房員工態度極差，套餐内未能提供多士(賣哂喎) ，竟揚聲聽日嚟攞，換轉佢係客，有咩反應？？？
Select your own ingredients, noodles n soup base. Love their chicken wings stuffed with glutinous rice. Ordered one plate but had to order seconds!!

點了小辣湯底也挺辣的，響玲沒有另上，淋了。推介蠔皇小花菇，份量多，不會太重味。35玩加了一份鹽酥雞，即炸十分香脆 份量也算多。
環境清潔
招牌四寶麵，包含魚蛋、豬血、牛腩和大腸，材料都軟爛入味，以大骨汁為基底，加上辣油，是一碗好吃的車仔麵。炸雞翅，外酥內嫩，不過就小吃而言，價格有些偏高。
不合我個人的口味，湯底太鹹！
Not very fantastic tbh
Located at the intersection of Nanking street in the Jordan area, this place opens early for breakfast though the breakfast items are limited. The food is typical of what you can expect from most Hong Kong restaurants. The price is also good so it’s a good place to go to for lunch and dinner if you just want HK standard fare.

四寶配公仔麵真是好食！！
Traditional HK street food, now upgraded and sold in more comfortable surroundings. “Cart noodles” literally was sold out of a cart. Pick your noodles, pick your toppings, enjoy! They have a simplified breakfast menu thru 11am, then the regular cart noodles into the rest of the day. Authentic and flavorful. Easy picture menu and you order by checking off a list before you send it in. Yum.

Both 金牌车仔面&麻辣红油抄手was nice. Very topical Hong Kong style staffs service!! ( not good)
味道不算差，價錢有點貴。
The staff services are average, but it definitely a recommended cart noodles . The photos I posted was how I order my cart noodles .

Serves decent HK local cart noodle in a cosy, air-conditioned restaurant. One can customise own bowl of noodle by choosing from a variety of noodles, soup base and toppings. Tried the thick beef broth and the taste was yummy !

Food is good, affordable. The place is clean and its very cool (cold) inside compared to the other estaishments. The servers are attentive and understand basic english.
