The noodle is not al dente and the soup is salty but not tasty ! Average standard noodle shop !
麵好有咬口湯底好清好正
My favorite noodles shop, really love the chewy and frim texture noodles with the numbing peppercorn soup (now i like sour and numbing peppercorn soup!). Reasonable amount of fresh meat and tofu. Soup doesn’t seem to have MSG nor too much salt. I find it very healthy and satisfying!

幾大碟，味道不錯
份量很大，女性一定吃不下。店面小很擠擁。一張小圓桌要坐四位顧客實在太擠了。最後一個建議給店主，快快處理貴店的冷氣設備吧，無論食物有多好，客人像在火焰山吃麵的滋味很難說服我夏天再來吃了！
食過返尋味的手工麵，特別是胡椒湯底！雖然價錢小貴，實在值得一試！

晚上做完運動，諗住食個麵應小小地。 叫咗闊條麵點不知都幾大碗，牛展麵清湯底，又有驚喜清湯不是好清湯，好濃郁的清底，（濃咗啲）湯麵裡有靚靚生菜和菇，牛展鬆軟咬落香滑。唔錯的湯麵。都算價合理。（因有大有枓湯底都唔錯）68元正！
餡餅同麵都不錯。大大碗，價錢合理，味道唔差。係個冷氣成日壞，食一餐斷電三次。
分量超大，一定吃得飽，可以自選不同面條和湯底，胡椒湯底好，但麻辣就麻麻地。
所謂餡餅手工好一般，榨菜肉絲都不是肉絲是五花腩！雞絲冷麵冷麵都不冷衹是暖的！
Tasty affordable fresh and friendly service!
食物環境都不錯。
牛夠淋，雞肉亦滑，麻辣夠味道，麵條有幾種不同粗幼，夠特色，價錢合理。
地方細細。服務員具耐心(因顧客要選湯底，不同濶度的麵條)。但最緊要的是麵條夠彈牙！
羊肉麵 和豬 牛肉餅都好食。
麪夠份量,彈牙,但涼麪不夠涼.
雖然係小店，但出品絕對不差
麺質甚好。值得推介。湯底亦好。只是麵食餸。選擇甚小。亦無驚喜。稍欠這部份

水餃、餡餅、口水雞都超級難吃
食物味道幾好，我点左个秘制牛展麵，胡椒朱骨湯底小小辣，啲麵有分粗/中/幼，我点左中麵，還有那个炸菜朱肉餡餅好美味如有機会再去我會試下那个洋葱牛肉餡餅。
份量足夠，牛肉餡餅可一試。冷面汁可以改善，因為幾款冷面都係用同一款胡麻汁，如果是牛?冷面可以換鹵水汁。馬蹄水原來係樽裝，以為係佢自己搾！ …
Small restaurant featuring northern China & mid-Western style noodles & dumplings. Customers could pick their preferred noodle size & soup flavours. Noodle texture was nice but the Sichuan spicy soup was way too spicy even I ordered medium spiciness & my tongue was numb & couldn’t really taste much. Beef was ok though a bit rough. Not totally impressive encounter.

Home made noodle is really nice. A little chewy, rich texture. Cash only. Better if they would consider accepting ePayment.

地方細，坐位窄，服務好，湯麵大大碗，寬麵特别啲，湯底唔咸，可以飲哂，水餃幾好，口水雞翼斬開兩條骨，入味又容易食，價錢唔貴。

Beef in the cake was too dry and not tender enough. Dumplings were just ordinary.
Food is OK, hope they are not putting too much of chemical to recreate the spice and taste, but I feel like it.

Delicious homemade noodles but its a bit expensive
豬軟骨好淋，肉多，面條都彈牙，味道就ok
茜餃子也很大粒，味道不錯
純牛肉餅很脆，但肉有點乾，餡肥肉太多，肥肉亦太大粒，不得不挑出來

The noodles are delicious and freshly made. Good vegetarian meals are hard to come by so we were happy to have found this place. The soup broth is flavourful and the iced lemon tea is my favourite. Will definitely come back.
