清汤牛腩河和清汤牛腩配饭，这两款其实只是饭和河粉的区别。但是，清汤牛腩，第一口下去，太好吃了！其实牛腩在各地也吃的多了，如此大块而且软糯，一点都不塞牙，里面又充满汤汁的牛腩，我还是第一次吃到。汤非常清，一点也不浑浊，一口喝下去，甜甜的，带一点牛肉的味道，超级好吃。里面配的白萝卜，我个人一直不太喜欢吃萝卜，但是这边的尝了一口，又烂又甜，一点没有萝卜的土腥味，真是好吃。
这家牛腩店早上开门挺晚的，只能晚上去吃宵夜但是貌似10点前就关门了点评上写11点关门是不正确的哟！点了清汤牛腩面汤头好鲜好鲜！ 牛腩好多块！！良心啊！！ 面还是我喜欢的翠翠的竹升面啦还点了个咖喱牛腩，就是牛腩里面夹有肥油， 吃多了有点油腻感。真心好！

Found this place a few years back. It is 100% superior to most places and charges higher prices as a result. The curry beef brisket and clear soup beef brisket noodles are highly recommended, the curry especially.
I’ve come back many times and even gotten curry beef as takeout to bring back to my grandmother.
Everything is relatively high quality that I’ve tried, even the sauce on the vegetables was light yet flavourful. There is another location up the street, and I believe both deserve a much higher rating!
For a price of 50HKD for a bowl of dry beef brisket noodles, I would expect something amazing compared to any other beef brisket you can find in the vacinity for 20+ HKD.
This shop’s beef was dry and tough, the noodles weren’t soaked in the beef brisket sauce, but with dark soya sauce.
Total disappointment.
50HKD gets you 2 bowls of better beef brisket anywhere else. Skip this outlet and you won’t miss a thing.

They used to be great! The chicken is now just alright and the fried wonton are just horrible (you don’t get much bang for your buck, so don’t waste your money by ordering them!)

Normally we visit the other branch which is not far from this. This is much bigger in size. We love their clear broth beef brisket noodles. And we tried their curry which is also yummy. They never fail to satisfy. A definitely must try if you are here.
The beef noodles super nice,soup taste amazing and especially the beef texture is amazing,already try that beef noodles third times since I travel to Hong Kong,so it is recommended to go and try

The fish dumpling soup is so good, I’ve had it twice in 6 days. And it’s much better the Maks Noodle, you get more for less $$$.

麵條為什麼要送？嗯，我覺得很好吃，但顯然出前一丁就像香港人的國菜。
Way better than the famous 華姐清湯腩, price wise and flavor wise. Try this local place, don’t go to the tourist traps.
Beef is tender and flavourful. Noodles are springy. Would recommend the beef brisket noodles and the wanton noodles. Standard hasn’t dropped since I last visited 6 years ago.
