place for quick eat. nice taste; good price. as non meat eater, didnt try their famous dish “Beef Brisket”. yet, I can see local customer keep come n go during my stay and even foriegn tourists came by with a traveling app. on their phone. wide choice on menu, i.e. noodles; rice; small portions snack; meat dish; fry veg. dish.

對比九記或華姐牛腩硬上許多，好聽一點就是有咬勁，直接說就是柴，只有湯還可以，乾淨清爽，以上
個湯底都ok， 麵都好煙靭，腩肉都唔錯。
Wasn’t planning on eating here as I was browsing in the neighborhood. But seeing so many patrons and intrigued by the article posted on the wall about Cordon Bleu award, I ordered the clear broth beef brisket with rice $52.
Beef was very tender, so was the daikon. Soup tasted good. I would rate it as one of the better beef brisket places in HK.

知所謂
香噴噴的牛肉麵，肉質細嫩，價格親民，位置不在彌敦道邊，但要進小巷，吃上癮。 3次來香港，每次都會抽空光顧這家，湯頭的味道是首屈一指的。清潔度有點欠缺，是一家小餐館。對面有一家北京烤鴨飯館，非常不錯，鴨肉很嫩，價格便宜，份量很大，別忘了嚐嚐冰茶，是有史以來最好喝的冰茶。
牛腩唔錯，價錢合理，但地方非常非常窄，坐到好似人對人背對背，又無冷氣，一路食一路流汗，唔洗錢都唔會再去！！！
牛腩味道清淡，湯底也可接受，但價錢略貴。

Update 18th Dec 2019: This place is closed for good. A notice was put up to go to their other nearby store at 46 Portland Street.
It’s a must-eat everytime when I’m in Hong Kong. Ate here many times and never been disappointed with the beef noodle soup.

Food is closer to 4.5, delicious, tasty and clean. Have it a 5 because the staff were extremely friendly and catering. We changed our order once and they were very accepting. Most places in HK would just give you a dirty face and attitude. Would definitely be back! Thank you

I go out of my way to come here to get excellent beef brisket in a delicious broth. The $90 brisket provides a generous portion, possibly sufficient for two people with more moderate appetites than mine.
The staff are a very friendly husband and wife who used to run a Chinese restaurant in Geneva, Switzerland, so they speak English and French, which is helpful since the menu is in Chinese. They took over management of the restaurant within the past year, so in my opinion the review score should be higher under their management, a 4+.

This is my go-to place for beef brisket. Not sure what’s the hype with the ones in Island side, but this beef brisket is better than all of them in my opinion.

Ordered the curry beef brisket lo mien and it exceeded my expectations!!! The owner is extremely nice and the beef portions were huge, too much for one person, really good value. Would def come back

He made this out-of-towner feel at home immediately, not to mention the brisket+tendon curry was delicious!!
Randomly found this place on Google maps. Be warned – a very small shop with a tiny kitchen and can be uncomfortable – we had to share a table with a random stranger. None of the workers speak English, but menu has pictures and English letters and it was easy to order. Beef brisket noodles and wonton soup was simple and delicious – wow! But it wasn’t mind blowing.

I believed the store have permanently changed hands after Covid. Different people in the store, store name also had been changed. They ain’t called supreme beef brisket king. The quality of the beef brisket soup and beef curry have dropped. Beef brisket itself is still actually pretty good. One good thing is that the people currently working there are actually nicer and with good service.
