傳統車仔麵? …
A neighbourhood noodle shop, selling a unique feature of Hong Kong style noodle known as the cart noodle. You may order a specific type of noodle and choose different local delicacies (from fish balls, beef brisket, pig skins to various types of vegetables) to serve with your noodle. The owner has lost his right hand but has been running the shop for decades, raising his family. Don’t expect good services but value for money (a four ingredients noodle cost you around HK$40,depending on the ingredients). English menu is available but the owner cannot speak English.
可以體驗過去車仔麵的感覺，從前車仔麵本應就是基層的食品，店鋪多為走鬼推車仔檔，後來再入鋪經營，整架當年的車仔推進鋪內繼續， 輝記正是如此 ，價錢大眾化，食品不錯，但環境一定要接受是一般，因為80-90年代香港人本就是手拿大碗麵在街邊吃
